Emptiness
It's strange that you can feel it and you can fall into it.
It's funny that there is almost nothing to fill it.
And going over the usual ways to occupy yourself with something, to distract yourself from it, sometimes nothing suits.
And it seems paradoxical, but real - to run away from oneself. This becomes a safe and reliable way to escape from it.
But, what if one day you get up the courage and meet with her, without maintaining strength and courage, cry for no reason, feel indifference to everything, or wish so badly that someone was ready to withstand your feelings. I was just there at that moment.
He did not seek to calm down or show that he was even worse.
I was just there, reminding me that it is important to breathe, that one can feel without hiding it, without hiding, without fear of not being understood, condemned or devalued.
I know how it is to cry very, very quietly, so that no one can hear.
I know that it is not always possible to explain what hurts.
That even when you can say what bothers you, the one to whom you opened will not always be able to support and understand.
It's important to be safe.
