What we are experiencing now is not permanent. We all perceive the current situation differently and act differently.
For some, these are just preventive measures, a given that must be followed. For some, this state of affairs in the country and in the world causes panic, so a person bunkers at home and occasionally goes to the store / pharmacy / with a dog, etc. The third category of people continues to live without looking back at the introduced quarantine, nothing has changed for them, they do not think about what they can contact and get infected from people who are already sick.
Due to the readiness and abundance of material on the situation, tension in society grows, more and more people feel discomfort and begin to worry, and then panic.
Panic is destructive, so it is important to stop it, or even better not to allow it.

We draw up a daily plan for the day (by the hour), for the week and strictly follow it. The same with children - they, like no one else, need a routine.

Information through audio and visual sources affects the psyche more strongly, therefore we remove or reduce the time of the working TV, choose ONE news channel, which we trust and which we watch once a day. It's the same with newspapers and other newsletters.
If you feel a panic attack, then call your friends and acquaintances, relatives and not so much. Talk, ask how they feel, discuss what you did in the day.
We observe the precautions that are offered by official structures, as well as by doctors we trust ourselves.
We adapt our life to the situation - we do not cancel anything, but we put it online. If this is not possible, then we postpone it to the date that is determined as a possible release of quarantine. In different countries it is different.
Concentrate on the positive.
If you were physically active, then we join sports groups online, or download various applications for physical education, yoga at home. If not, then see what might be interesting to you, what hobby you would like to master and - go ahead.
