Our life begins not from the moment of birth, but from the moment of conception. Everything that my mother thought about us, her doubts and worries - all this reflected on us. On the one hand, we were one with my mother, on the other hand, we developed on our own.

There are many examples when a child dies, and psychologists interpret this as the mother's unpreparedness for motherhood. I cannot say that I share this opinion 100%, because I believe that it is important to take into account the child's right and desire to live. At the same time, there are cases when a child survived despite abortions, diseases, “careless” pregnancy, all kinds of threats of miscarriage, etc.

There are specialists who help to restore in memory every emotional shock that the child felt inside the mother, and relieve tension with the help of certain practices.

In Russia, psychologists carry out the “Post-Yanking” technique, placing a person in a hammock as a symbol of the mother's womb and giving him the opportunity to go through the process of birth again. In my opinion, this is a very effective and wonderful way to heal the experiences that arose before and immediately after birth. In Ukraine, I did not find such specialists, if anyone knows, I will be glad if you share your contacts.

Why is it important to know the mood of the mother during pregnancy?

Because it affects the child's attitude. I often ask my clients if my mother had any doubts about their birth, and also if she had abortions. Based on this information, one can understand about such states of clients as a feeling of uselessness, abandonment, lack of security, “I am not important to anyone,” “my life is not valuable, others are more worthy to live”, etc. As well as the desire to prove something, to strive to always be better than everyone, ahead of everyone, above everyone, in the center of everyone.

In our behavior, character traits, there are a lot of features that affect us both negatively and positively. Their foundation was laid during pregnancy and the first months of life. When we begin to understand the reasons, they can be healed.

Make the following clear to yourself:

  • If parents were in doubt as to whether they want a child, this is due to their fears. You have nothing to do with this. You live because you need to.
  • If your parents gave you life, but did not show love, it is due to the fact that they were not loved. You may not be needed by your parents, but your future (or present) children and grandchildren need you.
  • Your parents gave you a sense of abandonment, understand why. The situation through the eyes of a child is different from how an adult sees it. If mom was not around, it is important to explain the reason to yourself to the little one, where mom was and why she left you.
  • If you notice that you want to be the center of attention, etc., most likely you want to be visible to your mom. Perhaps mom won't give you this anymore. However, if you look at the love language mom uses, you start to feel her attention. Also try to become the center of attention in your own life. Focus more on personal needs.

We cannot 100% reanimate what happened to us at the beginning of life. We can compensate for something using various techniques in psychotherapy. They facilitate our experience in life.
