And this is the truth, not the phrase "I don't know." We all know everything. In our head, only those questions arise to which we have answers. It turns out that we are not satisfied with the answer to the question. We want everything to be like in mathematics: twice two is four, and the perimeter of the rectangle is the sum of all the sides.

Life is not a science. Life is creativity

When an artist begins to paint a picture, he creates it from strokes. And the final result depends both on the number of strokes made with the brush and on the quality of each of the strokes. This means that the creation of a masterpiece called life depends on the amount of decisions made.

“I don’t know” can be read as “I don’t want to know”, “I don’t want to make a decision”, “I don’t want to take responsibility for my life”, “I don’t want to think”. Agree, in order to learn something, you need to start looking for solutions. Ask yourself, ask others, hear the truth that sometimes we don't want to hear. Those. to start sorting out the rubble that has formed in our lives. But what is the paradox: we are used to living in garbage, but how to live clean? To create purity in thoughts means admitting the truth to yourself. And this is the most difficult decision that we avoid. Long live self-deception.

Every time we decide to leave everything as it is and refuse to make an important decision, we put off life until later. On this occasion, there is a beautiful phrase: "The road called" then "leads to the country called" never. " Hear this word - "never". Personally, it scares me away. It turns out that life will NEVER be different from what it is now.

But it is precisely what is now that brought my clients to me. So what does it do - we like to torment ourselves, constantly play a worn-out record and listen to the same advice? Or does it create the illusion of change, like, I'm doing something, I'm trying? Long live self-deception.

In such cases, I recommend that my clients start to understand themselves and ask uncomfortable questions. Such, which they do not want to hear, but the answers to which must be extracted from the depths of the subconscious, so as not to end up in the country “never”.

These are the questions

1. Imagine yourself in 1 year of your life

Nothing has changed. The situation that is now taking place has remained, has not gone anywhere. What I feel?

Most are annoyed that this will continue in the future. And no one will come and take the most important decisions for them, that in a year a miracle will not happen. And so I wanted to wake up and see that everything was completely different.

At some point, there comes a point of no return, when we can no longer continue to live as before. And if such a period has come in our life, then we are at the very bottom and this is not the worst situation: there is nowhere to move further but upward.

2. What would I advise my best friend, child to do in this situation?

In a wonderful way, we open our eyes to a situation when it does not concern us personally. And everyone becomes advisers, they begin to speak with aphorisms. Imagine that your child is in your situation, what would you advise him to do, what to do? You can't advise a loved one badly. You can clearly see the cost of the decision that will have to be paid if the situation is left as it is. And at this point, you move on to the next provocative question.

3. What do I want?

The “I don’t know” option is not appropriate. As the previous question showed - you know. And you can even give advice to another. Only about yourself you don't "want to know."

4. What do I need to do to resolve the situation the way I want?

This formulation of the question activates new neural connections in you, to think over what is already known in a new way. Start thinking in steps. At first everything will seem like a fog. You can only see within the next two meters. Then you take another step forward, the vision opens and becomes visible for another two meters. The fog of obscurity dissipates. The first step is the beginning of a long journey.

5. What is the very first and easiest step I will take today?

Sometimes only the first step separates us from the goals. This first step takes you away from the land of "never." Today is the best day to start this journey.

The truth of life is that in order to achieve what you truly want, you will have to give up something that may be more convenient for you, in your own way, dear to you - be it your "simple" life, your habits, your stability or your time. New life requires sacrifice.

Life will never give you any guarantees, but it will provide a lot of opportunities.
