"Confidence is a very strange subject. Here it is, and it is not there right away."
Piglet. From the unreleased.
Well, but seriously, the moral of this fable is such that there are no people with an absolute lack of self-confidence. I wrote about this earlier in another article.
Imagine that your self-confidence is a fragile young lady who lives in our gut.
I will not go into the jungle of how it is formed now. If you are wondering how it happened that you are who you are today - sign up for a consultation, I will personally tell you.
So, our condition and attitude to ourselves and to life depend on how this young lady feels.
By itself, she does nothing, except that endlessly reflects and evaluates our behavior and the actions of others. And it issues a verdict - whether she respects it or not.
If we have a lot of things that she respects, she feels in good hands. And she is good - we are good. If she can't look at us without tears … then we start having problems with self-esteem and self-confidence.
Young ladies are different for everyone. Some have loyal, and some have strict ones with immensely high standards.
Each of our actions builds or destroys our sense of self-confidence.
So what destroys it?
1. Condemnation and criticism.
Yours or someone else's - it doesn't matter. It is poison to our self-esteem.
2. Resentment … It turns a person into a victim, gives power and control to the other over your feelings. And without the feeling that I am in control of my life … what kind of confidence can you talk about?
3. Environment … People can infect each other with thoughts, inspire that some have everything, and others nothing. And for those who consider themselves in the last ranks with respect for themselves and others, oh, how tight.
4. Addiction … If something or someone rules your life, then if this does not happen, you will fall. You know this and you feel that the situation is precarious. Insecurity kills confidence.
5. Lack of money … Well, here, in general, comments are superfluous. About paradise in a hut is sung only in songs. And for self-confidence and in the future, you need a stable sandwich and preferably with something tasty.
6. Hyperresponsibility or when you take on too much and can't handle it. By the way, you take that, too, in the hope of gaining this self-confidence, but it comes out sideways.
7. Inaction … There are a lot of smart people around, and few doers. When you know but don't do you destroy self-confidence. Do at least something in the direction of what you want and confidence will gradually build up along with positive results.
8. Disappointment … Moments like these undermine confidence, like weeds in a vegetable garden. Some have to leave for a long time.
9. Irresponsibility … And more often unfulfilled promises, and above all to themselves. All these unrealized Mondays, minuses in kg, I will run, etc. our confidence is cut into slices and eaten for breakfast. Make small, manageable promises to yourself.
I'll run tomorrow - done? Well done!
And not "I will run" and after a week you run out of steam. Better a lot of little fellows than one big one - again it didn't work out.
10.
And I want to leave the last point for you. Share your thoughts in the comments, what else do you think kills our self-confidence?

Methodology "Resources Of Our History Or Why Are We Lucky To Be Ourselves?" / New Voucher For Further
Almost any of us, as we grow up, accumulate a baggage of complexes and dissatisfaction with ourselves. And rarely does anyone (in the good sense of the word) give themselves what they deserve. But this is a universal recipe for improving personal capabilities, and then the best realizations.
Say A Word About A Poor Parent Or What We Bring To Our Relationship With Our Children From Our Childhood
Our ideas about the upbringing of children stem not so much from pedagogical and psychological literature as from our childhood experience. From those relationships that we developed with our own parents. We can relate to this in different ways:
Our Future Is In Our Hands As Well As In Our Thoughts. Affirmations
What is affirmation? Affirmation is a short statement phrase that, when repeated many times, fixes the required image or setting in the subconscious of a person. Affirmations use the power of positive thinking to help us achieve our goals and are like little reminders within ourselves.
A Romance With Ourselves Is The Most Important Romance In Our Lives
What is our self-love built on? Most often on the image I AM PERFECT. It is easier for us to love ourselves when we conform to a certain image of ourselves. The basis and foundation for the formation of this image can be films, fairy tales, comments and criticism addressed to us from people dear to us.
