How to realize dreams at any age with the help of self-organization?

It is worth moving in three directions:

1. develop the necessary qualities, properties that are absent;
2. to develop already existing skills, character traits, useful for business;
3. get rid of the shortcomings that prevent you from managing your life.

At the very beginning, it is important to do the following:

• define long-term objectives;
• analyze the current situation;
• draw up short and long term plans;
• think about how you will control your actions,
• how to make adjustments.

After setting the goal, choose or create:

• ways,
• funds,
• methods of achieving it.

Each of the main actions can be decomposed into several detailed ones.

When performing basic actions, it is required

• the will to overcome obstacles,
• intensification of efforts aimed at achieving the assigned task.

They start by streamlining their life:

• self-discipline, self-restraint,
• critical self-esteem,
• the ability to live and think rationally.

It is necessary to plan not only work, but also rest, spend time and financial resources sparingly, make well-thought-out decisions, and strive for their implementation.

It is worth remembering the development of spiritual culture, including:

• desires,
• needs,
• dreams;
• education;
• religious beliefs;
• development of abilities.

Self-improvement of the cultural level is an integral part of self-organization

To harmonize your inner world better, study the humanities.

• Developed intelligence,
• a vision of beauty in nature,
• the works of the classics makes life more colorful and sensual.

There are three levels of personality self-organization:

1. Short Psycho-emotional protection is manifested at the subconscious level, which protects the psyche from anxiety, troubled conscience, worries about conflict states. The subconscious mind protects from unpleasant, tragic memories with the help of repression, isolation, sublimation, denial of events. A person with a low level of self-organization lacks motivation, he is not inclined to planning and rational use of time.
2. Average the level of self-organization presupposes the predominance of the emotional over the rational. In this case, a person realizes himself as a person, has character, understands the value of time and planning. But he has weak motivation, reflexive skills, so he is not capable of self-control, is inactive, prone to procrastination.
3. High the level of self-organization includes personal characteristics that help to go towards the goal, high motivation, education, professionalism, brought to perfection. A person with a high level of organization of his life is clearly aware of his needs, knows how to break stereotypes, and uses time management.

The complex of personality traits providing a high level of self-organization includes:

• high sense of duty;
• self-esteem;
• spiritual development;
• active life position;
• the ability to create, to create;
• the ability to constantly learn and change oneself;
• highly developed intelligence.
