The world expects beauty from a woman. It is difficult to dispute the social attitude that the main occupation of a woman is like. This is how many people live, regardless of nationality and class. Let's go further. By what the woman likes, she gets food and a roof over her head; by the same token she gains a position in society. Maybe they are given the basis by the rage of the start; it leads to the fact that they go forward with their heads raised, which they decided not to be ashamed of at any cost; rebellion against the judgment of blind nature sharpens their abilities and accelerates life's progress.

But the question is: how to find the strength in yourself for that very handicap? Not to accept, saying that this is my destiny, but to use your resource for development and self-improvement?

The advice is banal: any self-development begins with self-discipline, and self-discipline begins with the daily routine. The best way to raise your emotional tone is a contrast shower. The second, simple to the point of genius, way to cheer yourself up is to drink a glass of orange juice every day on an empty stomach. Gymnastics, in addition to the fact that in itself helps to strengthen the will, makes the body elastic and beautiful, it also improves mood, as it affects the metabolism and improves the nutrition of all body tissues, including the brain. And, of course, communication with positive people, not whiners. When those in the immediate environment are not observed - read books, but not sentimental novels in the style of "thirty minutes to the last line", but really setting you up for an optimistic mood. Reading books generally has a beneficial effect on appearance: the thought appears in the eyes that in itself is an extremely attractive thing. In combination with unobtrusive self-irony and joyful perception of the world, it makes a unique bouquet of charm and lightness.

Drawing up a minimum life plan is also an important point. Self-development is not a matter of one day, so it should be accompanied by at least some kind of life goal, and certain personal principles should accompany it.
