- Are you tired of the huge influx of coaches and speakers, trainers and seminar leaders who are not competent either in their work or in your business?

- Is it justly annoying for the empty chatter of these people trying to teach you, an experienced businessman and leader, how to live and work “right”?

- Do you want to enter the TOP of the most successful Companies in your business and you still have no confidence that you will succeed?

What does the educational services market offer us today?

1. A SEMINAR is similar to a lecture, but it can include individual exercises and games, watching videos and slides, working with handouts and discussing the information received, work in mini-groups.

The goal is to bring new information to the participants.

The presenter acts as a teacher.

The number of participants is limited by the size of the audience.

Duration from one hour.

The disadvantage is the lack of practice, the mastering of information remains on the conscience of the participants.

2. WEBINAR - analogue of a live seminar online. The speaker broadcasts in front of the webcam, the participants listen to the report and watch the presentation on their computers. What makes a webinar different from a seminar?

Paid webinars remain the most budgetary and therefore affordable form of training.

The number of participants is not limited.

Disadvantage - each participant must be equipped with a PC and Internet access with good speed, speakers or a headset. The remote (remote) format is also a serious barrier: chatting with a large number of participants does not allow giving feedback to everyone.

3. TRAINING - training of behavioral skills, 90% consisting of practice. The group organizes an artificial laboratory that studies various behaviors through experience, decisions here are made by a majority vote. Participants receive not so much an answer to the question "What to do?" As "How to do it?" There are no trifles, they are the ones that determine the successful outcome of any negotiations. The group actively corrects or creates teaching materials and scripts, safety is ensured by a code of rules, the observance of which is strictly controlled by the trainer. The facilitator actively uses the rules of behavioral (behavioral) therapy, because the training form of work is based on them.

The goal is to form new behavioral patterns (habits) and bring them to automatism.

Leading:

- acts as an organizer and helps participants to survive resistance;

- increases motivation by showing your own example;

- forms a "group field" and creates conditions for full self-disclosure;

- helps to solve problems associated with destructive (destructive for the person himself and others) social attitudes;

- helps to enter the game situation and enjoy leaving the comfort zone;

- has a higher specialized education and specialization in carrying out group forms of work, confirmed by an appropriate document.

The cost can be quite high as emotionally costly for the coach himself, who must have a certain set of personal qualities that are formed in the process of specialized training.

Duration not less than 30 hours (3 days). The lesson lasts from 3 to 10 hours. At corporate training (participants interact outside the group), classes are held at least once a week. A break between trainings for at least six months in order to provide an opportunity to consolidate the acquired skills in everyday work and avoid excessive intellectual and emotional stress.

The number of participants is from six to twenty people. (We do not consider psychotherapeutic groups).

The disadvantage is the need to work out complexes and rigid attitudes, which can lead to catharsis (the exit of the problem through negative emotions). However, this experience is usually experienced only by those who really want to say goodbye to unnecessary problems once and for all.

What should you choose?

If it is impossible to gather employees remotely distant from each other (branches in different cities or during a pandemic), your economical choice is WEBINAR.

If you need to acquaint employees with new information or invite an outstanding and interesting person as a speaker (for example, Irina Khakamada, Bronislav Vinogrodsky or Viktor Boyko, who gather large audiences), it makes sense to choose training in the form of a SEMINAR.

If at the end of your training you want to get a motivated team, rushing into battle, in order to earn as much as possible on the now simple and understandable technologies, your choice is obvious - TRAINING!

I felt it - I understood”!
