How often do we hear phrases from relatives:
"You're all dad / mom"
"You are like them …"
"You are not our breed"
It becomes painful, sad and offensive, because we did not decide what to be born with. And it is so important at this moment to be able to accept the parent with whom we have such a sad resemblance. To accept not only a parent, but the whole clan, to feel not only a part of the family, but also a part of the whole clan.
Participants in Ivan Petkanich's bodily-existential training "Generic scenarios of your life" dealt with involvement in their masculine and feminine lineage, with the problems of responsibility for generic scenarios and their transformation, restored the connection between generations, respect for ancestors and the potential of descendants.
At the training, Ivan Petkanich voiced a unique theory about the functions of generic systems:
1. Restoration of the meaning of procreation - the birth of descendants. Preservation of the genus. If this function works, then a person has the feeling that he is a conductor of the senses of the genus - a system unit through which the genus continues and develops.
2. Transformation of latent generic energy (secrets, scenarios, excluded, hushed up events). The participants in the training did not work with the actual events, but with the states into which they fall without realizing it. At the same time, the meanings of certain life scenarios were manifested and points of exit from them were found: an adult position and acceptance of the fact that “in our family this is so” and “I, as a part of the family,” can learn to do differently.
3. Mission and creation of something new in society, country, society. What “we as a kind” give to this world, what values are transmitted and what we will leave behind.
Working out body blocks and releasing energy that is trapped in the body
Working with cognitive beliefs. And transforming limitations into opportunities
All this for a day and a half was like a small intensive, which made it possible, on a verbal and non-verbal level, to feel the involvement in the generic system, to feel the meanings, mission and to feel, realize and accept where the genus strives to be realized through a specific person.

How To Live YOUR Life, Not The Life Of Your Parents
In the family system, all of its members are interconnected. And there is a place for everyone. For example, children are in front of their parents in order to be able to lean on them. The grandparents are behind the parents, and so on. The ancestors behind our backs support, give a sense of acceptance, security and strength.
