Once, in a philosophy lesson at the university, a teacher uttered a phrase that now accompanies my whole life: "A person dies when he ceases to be surprised." That is, when interest in the world around us, in people, events disappears. It would seem, what is wrong if it is difficult to surprise a person, to make him show emotions? After all, it means that he has inner calmness, harmony and silence. However, without a passion for life, this satisfaction is very deceiving. A person without inner joy is like an empty spring. Is it possible to restore the flow, cleanse the channel and, after that, enjoy the source of freshness of the perception of the world - of course, yes!

One of the first and most effective ways is learning, mastering something new. Thus, the circle of communication, and the amount of information, and the worldview as a whole expands. Learning activates the brain, in fact it gets younger. The body also responds with gratitude to the new and hitherto unknown, showing physical activity and vigor.

The second powerful tool is movement in the flow of time, to be modern, to learn and use the many novelties that surround us. Many people over 50 are afraid to touch the computer keyboard, thus making life difficult for themselves, for example, endlessly standing in lines of banks to pay for utilities. And there are many such types of fear of rebuilding on new rails. This makes you very old and enslaved, deprives you of freedom and lightness.

The third possibility, which opens up much wider horizons than the previous ones, is the belief that life and its quality depend on our thoughts. Not only that: age, health, financial and marital status, realization of desires, setting goals and achieving them, and much more start from within. What we think and dream about is what we get!

The fourth aspect that I would like to mention is the content of thoughts. The fact is known where our thoughts are directed, our energy is sent there. If we feel tired and empty, this state was probably preceded by some negative thought process, such as: condemnation of someone else, complaining about the situation (country, processes, relationships, etc.), constant digestion of the conflict, mental immersion in the past, guilt, frustration, and the like. If, on the contrary: to think about the good, to be able to positively jump out of troubles, to accept difficulties as experience, and ill-wishers as teachers, then the energy will be preserved and the state of health will be wonderful.

And the last, fifth point is about how to replenish the lost energy, if it really happened. There are, of course, many recipes, and each one has his own, the main thing is to know them and not forget to use them. I want to share my personal secrets - these are some nice little things that quickly and efficiently help me to return the charge of cheerfulness and joy. So:

- sing loudly to music, for example in the car;

- take a walk down the street with the obligatory concentration of gaze on the sky, be it daytime sunny / cloudy, or nighttime starry - in any case, it is magical;

- dance in front of the mirror to cheerful music with a smile;

- write an analysis letter, where either the results or the risks are written … it helps me to see the whole picture and understand the details;

- eat dark chocolate or drink brewed coffee, your choice and your mood;

- play with animals, they charge you with energy and good mood;

- go to a beautiful cafe or restaurant and eat a delicious, aesthetically pleasing dish;

- do something with your own hands, sometimes just visiting a site for needlewomen is enough, even looking at a photo - it is very inspiring and filling;

- go to the theater, opera, operetta, ballet, exhibition;

- to give someone a gift, yes, to give it with joy, then the energy begins to work powerfully in both directions;

- flip through the feed in social networks and, looking at photos or reading texts, sincerely rejoice for someone;

- listen to mantras in the twilight with a spinning kaleidoscope flashlight, you can combine it with yoga if you like;

- to pray silently or aloud (prayers are close to whom);

- to remember what a fine fellow I am and how much I have achieved in my life, as well as not to forget to thank God (the Universe) for everything that I have.

There are different periods in everyone's life, but everything flows, everything changes, the night must be followed by day and tomorrow again the gentle sun will warm us all with its rays!
