Every person in the world is born to be happy. It is an absolute mistake to believe that someone deserves a happy fate, and someone does not. Each of us has certain circumstances of birth, coming into this world, and they are different for everyone. But in any case, a person can be happy. The proof of this is newborn babies. Look at any child. Have you ever seen an unhappy baby with a constantly frowning face who never smiles? This does not happen. We all come to this world with the ability to rejoice and smile. But, unfortunately, most of us lose this ability on the way and we ourselves turn our life over time into Hell, in which we are constantly fighting, experiencing for various reasons, being in a state of dissatisfaction with some circumstances, comparing ourselves with other people, we envy, condemn, do not value ourselves, our life, do not value what we have. We stop rejoicing and smiling, appreciating what we have, instead we begin to “strive for” and “achieve”, turning our life into a constant struggle…. So, imperceptibly to ourselves and with the best intentions, we create our own personal Hell, and we begin to cook and suffer in it. I observe a huge number of people around them who live with gloomy faces, in a sad, difficult state, suffer from some problems they have created themselves, living in a state of constant struggle and dissatisfaction. How does it happen that from smiling babies we turn into a sad thing that spreads a continuous negative around us? I observed this phenomenon, communicated with a large number of people on this topic, and my conclusion is the following - it's all about an ordinary habit, a habit of suffering. In most cases, parents are very successful in forming this habit, since they themselves have lived like this all their lives, and for them it is absolutely normal to suffer from lack of something. There is no such habit in our beautiful post-Soviet society as to be happy, happy and grateful for what we have. It seems to most people that a state of happiness will visit them along with the acquisition - here I will be healthy, rich, get married, have a child, create my own business, and immediately be happy. Only happiness is a habit, and this habit must be consciously formed if you have not formed it. And, of course, if there is such a desire - to feel happy. Another very interesting observation is that most people really enjoy suffering. They are so used to this state, have gotten used to it and feel absolutely harmonious in it. So also try to take this state away from them! How many times have I stumbled upon a reinforced concrete barrier, absolute resistance to some kind of change! This happens because the zone of suffering has already become for such people a zone of their absolute comfort. They are used to it here, they already know how to live with it. And if you leave this zone and choose joy and happiness - there is complete uncertainty, it's like going into a dark forest. Most people are more afraid of the unknown than suffering. So they go on, complaining and suffering. “Hedgehogs cried, injected, but continued to eat the cactus” - for some reason now this phrase is remembered. Now I am addressing the sufferers: are you tired of eating a cactus yet? Maybe try to eat something else? That is, can still choose joy and happiness? The choice is always up to the person - you can continue to suffer (there is a cactus), or you can make a decision - I will be happy no matter what, and follow it. You will not believe what opportunities will open before you when you firmly make this decision. You will simply be amazed at the miracles and abundance of opportunities for happiness that you have not noticed before, and which will come into your life with this solution. Life is a mirror, and our reality is a reflection of who we are.

If choosing happiness is your path, here are a few simple techniques to get you started:

Build a happy day every morning. When you wake up, think about what you are grateful for. Believe me, everyone has something to be grateful for: health, beauty, a warm home, trees under the window, family, children, parents, the ability to move, have two legs and two hands already deserves gratitude. There are people who, unfortunately, do not have such an opportunity today. If today there is nothing to thank from your point of view, thank you for the opportunity to breathe and just be.

During the day, every 2 hours (you can set the alarm so as not to forget), remind yourself - I choose to be happy. Track your condition, and if you notice that you have gone into suffering, come back and tell yourself - yes, it’s not easy for me now. But I choose to be happy no matter what.

Take care of your body. Practice - Various practices, especially breathing exercises, will help you and keep you happy.

If you follow these tips for 21 days, a new habit will form. As you know, 21 days is the period for forming a habit. And let joy, gratitude and a state of happiness become your new reality. It is absolutely possible to choose happiness every day. Become the creator of your reality, the creator of your life and attitude.
