But as for other realities of everyday life, the issue of energy remains almost esoteric, and working with human energy is the lot of magicians. Nevertheless, for people who are not so involved in mystical phenomena, the energy issue has been very acute lately: “I feel tired all the time, as I come to work - already like a squeezed lemon, but I can't even relax on weekends” - says Galina, head of department of a large bank. “My ex-girlfriend just vampirized me,” sighs Alexandra, a cheerful student. “We were so in love, but in the end we broke up, because we just have different energies,” Alena throws up her hands, being now married to a man living in the same rhythm as herself. How do you recognize where "this button" is? Where does our energy come from, where does it "flow away" and is it possible to control this process? And how is it distributed in relationships with other people?

BODY IN BUSINESS

Speaking about energy, it is logical to start with the processes that ensure our existence on this mortal earth - that is, from the level of our body, where the central nervous system is primarily responsible for the distribution of energy. Even the ancient physician Hippocrates noted the difference in the flow of energy processes in people, which resulted in the well-known doctrine of temperaments. However, the label "sanguine" or "melancholic" is not yet a description of our character as such, but only an indication of the innate characteristics of the organism. Our great scientist Pavlov developed the ideas of Hippocrates into the doctrine of the types of higher nervous activity - noting that people have a tangible difference in the degree of mobility of energy processes, i.e. in combinations of processes of excitation and inhibition. If you observe the people around you, then it is not difficult to understand what is at stake - perhaps your colleague is working on various details of the project for a long time and thoroughly every day, and you work more efficiently as an emergency rush when the deadline is on the nose; here your friend flares up like a match, and after a minute she regrets what she said, and, for example, it is extremely difficult to piss off your brother, but, being offended, he can remain silent for several days. Usually we hardly realize that these are just congenital features, as a result of which they are perceived as incomprehensible, if not unpleasant personality traits. So, people with faster energy processes often ascribe to those who have the opposite, coldness, detachment, and even suspicious secrecy, talking about such "in a quiet pool …" People with a slower rhythm of activity often try to stay away from sparkling " electric brooms”, perceiving them as too noisy, energetic and tiresome.

But as soon as we can accept such features as a given, then with great understanding we begin to relate to ourselves and to those around us. For example, you should not break your body if you are a "night owl" or you need to sleep longer to get enough sleep, just because your dad is a "morning person" and believes that everyone who gets up later than 8 in the morning is a total bum. It is also possible to be more tolerant of your loved one if you are a "lighter", and he needs a decent amount of time to adapt to unexpected changes in plans, and he cannot get off the ground like you. It's not that he's a bore, it's just that his central nervous system processes information differently.

KEEP VIRTUAL SPIRIT

Of course, our nervous system provides energy processes not only at the bodily, but also at the mental level. Even Freud described our body (for the first time paying detailed attention to the psyche, and not just physiology) as an energy system, borrowing ideas from physics. Since a person on earth is represented physically, the law of conservation of energy also works here - "the energy of a closed system is preserved in time." In other words, energy cannot arise out of nothing and cannot disappear into nowhere, it can only pass from one form to another. One glance at the children is enough to notice their energetic fulfillment - they can be different - mobile, or, on the contrary, lovers to sit and do something thoroughly - but healthy children are always in good shape, they constantly play and get a lot of pleasure from the world around them. A survey of preschoolers and junior schoolchildren showed that they often have no idea what fatigue is. But we were once children too! However, over time, growing up, we lose a close connection with our inner energy source, acquiring prohibitions, responsibilities and duties. Stress, as you know, is now part of the routine, so you should try to take care of yourself as much as possible. Modern experts have introduced such a term as "coping strategies" - methods of coping with stress, which are designed to help us restore our energy balance in time. Some of them are universal, but you can invent something for yourself personally. The most effective coping strategies are as follows:

Be in contact

Our energy level is closely related to emotions, but family and society teach us that many of them are not supposed to be experienced, it is not good; in general, it is better to rely on yourself, and to be guided by the approval of others. This leads to the fact that people often try to suppress and not show anyone "unwanted" feelings, and a lot of energy is spent on this. Therefore, it is important to have at least one close person who, despite public pressure, would always be on your side, unconditionally sharing your feelings, regardless of who is objectively right and wrong.

It is also important to note that a certain difference in emotional needs depends on gender - women need to be listened to the flow of their emotions, and they themselves need to be comforted, while men need to be praised, expressed faith in them, or given practical advice, but not especially at the same time regretted. Such a difference is often the reason for reproaches of the opposite sex for misunderstanding when trying to share something intimate.

But it happens that a loved one is not there to support. Ask him for some little thing or photo as a gift - it would be nice if it has a symbolic meaning for you, among other things. Carry it with you - such "talismans" carry for us a piece of warm attitude towards us, which supports us in difficult times.

Find an outlet

Many of us, as we grow older, explained that the games are over, and there is no word “I want”, but there is the word “must”. The less we allow to realize that with which our interests are connected, the less pleasure and energetic return we receive, and the more effort is spent on keeping our discontent from awareness, and then we feel only chronic tension and exhaustion.

Do a simple exercise. Relax and concentrate on your breathing for about a minute. Then think about what brings you pleasure, what you thought, felt and felt in those moments when you were energetic, in good shape, shone, caught the courage … What do you need to increase energy for you? What time and activity would you like to devote personally to yourself?

We all have associations with certain events in our life, when we felt ourselves on a positive energetic rise. It is important to figure out what might trigger just such a lift for you. If, as a result of communication with a person, you and he receive not only pleasure, but also subsequently feel quite well physically - you feel a charge of vivacity, not tension, or you feel calm, balanced, but without fatigue - this is “your” person and you are energetically enriching each other.

Developing sensitivity to changes in your energy is a very rewarding activity, because the closer we are to moving in a positive direction for ourselves, the greater our charge. As NLP proponents say, "The universe is a friendly environment," and it becomes generous with gifts if we follow our interest and inner urges, taking another step towards our self-realization, - in this case, it helps us, sparkling with energy, to become as much as possible. effective!
