The technique came to me through a psychologist friend, and to him from another psychologist, who did not say where he got it from. Thus, unfortunately, I cannot indicate the authorship of the idea. But I liked the idea - so I share it!
So, we don't need logic here. It will take simple, systematic steps. Do not deviate from the instructions!
What should be done?
First: you need to remember your big dream-desire-goal (deliberately here I do not separate these two concepts "goal" and "dream", this is not the main thing here), which for some reason is not realized (materialized). The reasons can be very different. For example, do not know at all where to start and how to move towards it? Or you know, but something is missing to start acting: energy, courage, knowledge, money (whatever). Or you know and act, but it comes out somehow too slow and ineffective.
Second: you need to remember some small, but important and useful daily action for you that you would like to perform, but, again, for any reason, you do not. It can be quite trivial. For example, you want to drink a glass of freshly squeezed juice every morning, but … either you haven't bought fruit in the evening, or you are late for work. Or you want to walk for half an hour before going to bed, but … there are always excuses: either rain, or snow, or an interesting movie on TV.
Important: a small daily action may have nothing to do with your big dream-desire-goal.
That is, nothing at all !!!
For example, a big goal is to lose 10 kg, and a small daily activity is to read 10 pages of a good fiction book before bed. Or, a big goal, to increase the flow of customers by 10 times (no matter what field you work in), and a small daily action - to dance every day at home to your favorite music for 15 minutes.
A small action can be associated with a large goal through some kind of association that is clear to you alone - this is also possible. If someone really wants to, you can link a small daily action and a big dream-goal directly.
Third, we link the chosen small daily action to the big goal through affirmation. How it will sound is your business, the main thing is to inspire positively and personally for you! "Every morning I drink freshly squeezed juice - I take a step towards the dream of traveling around the world!"
Fourth: every day we do the chosen small important and useful thing, concentrating at the same time on thoughts of a big dream-desire-goal for 90 days. In this case, you can look at the affirmation, repeat it aloud or silently. No gaps! Otherwise, you have to start over!
Whoever dares to try it - I will be grateful if you share the results in three months. Anyone who can logically explain how it works - I also read it with interest.
Good luck to you!

L.S. VYGOTSKY Play And Its Role In The Mental Development Of A Child
When we talk about play and its role in the development of a preschooler, two main questions arise here. The first question is about how play itself arises in development, the question of the origin of play, its genesis; the second question is what role does this activity play in development, what does play mean as a form of child development in preschool age.
