How to change your life without doing anything for this?

We live in an era of bustle. This means something like the following - if you want to be happy, you have to do something. And if you want to be successful, do the same. Even to change your attitude to something is to change you, it means to do the same for you. Even the saying “If you want to be happy - be” means that you need to fight for happiness.

And I say no. There is no need to fight for happiness. It is either there or not. The trick is whether you prevent it from manifesting, or not.

Psychotherapy is the path of non-action.

When something happens in your life, the first thing you start doing is "entrepreneurship." You think what to do to prevent this from happening, be it a crisis, a quarrel, lack of money or love.

The same happens in relationships with other people who have had something in their life. You begin to advise something, you probably even want to do something for a person.

Always do. To do for everyone. This is the road to nowhere.

We are trying to remake reality, other people, and ourselves. We are constantly adjusting life to the standards, but changing another person, you will not succeed. And it’s useless to change yourself.

What to do? To relax? Don't try?

Yes. A person does not change when he makes frenzied attempts to improve himself. And not when he is trying to do good to another person and inflict affection.

A person changes the moment he becomes himself and returns to who he really is.

Paradoxical, but true.

Your life begins to change the moment you accept yourself

How to accept yourself - you may ask. Learn. This is the essence of my methodology of experiencing life, which consists in finding myself in myself and in the world.

Over the course of many years of therapeutic work, I am faced with the fact that people do not notice their feelings, do not know anything about their real needs and build contact with other people "blindly", replacing themselves with images that have been instilled from childhood.

Psychotherapy is a path of acceptance

In my work, I do not engage in life changes, getting rid of problems and symptoms, and improving relationships with people around me. Psychotherapy is interested exclusively in a person, but what is surprising is that the more a person begins to know about himself, the more his life changes.

The more you understand your needs, the faster

It is impossible not to change, but these changes are passive. You don't do anything to change something. You discover yourself, listen to yourself, and everything else comes naturally.

Psychotherapy is no longer a movement from, it is an opportunity to change your life towards saturation and positiveness

In a sense, psychotherapy is a luxury. And this is not a luxury associated with wealth. This is the luxury that a person can afford in order to develop. The point is that in order to survive in this world, you do not need to evolve. But you want it. And you make that decision.

Psychotherapy is a responsible decision

When you seek psychotherapy, you must understand that you have a long way to go. It is a process in which, step by step, you get to know yourself and how you are building your life.

Do not expect psychotherapy to sort things out. At least at the beginning and at first it won't work that way.

Once you enter psychotherapy, you will begin to notice new desires and things that you did not notice before

You will see what you put up with, but now you don’t want to put up with it. These discoveries will complicate your life, it will be five to ten times or more new discoveries. Unfolding in psychotherapy is a secondary process and you will, of course, come to it. But the primary thing is to notice yourself.

Where to start?

The best place to start getting to know yourself is personal psychotherapy.

In a group, you get to know yourself in a sense through other people, observing them and learning to notice yourself. In personal therapy, you gradually get to your feelings, needs and desires through communication with the therapist. In any case, this is not a quick or cheap event, but the result is worth it.

The first module of the program is group therapy with practical content, which will help you get to know yourself already in the first session.
