Joy.
Ladies and gentlemen, where is your joy? What happened so that we lost it, stopped carrying it with us, paying attention to it and being in it. Since when did the manifestation of joy become measurable in carats, grams, milligrams or monetary units. Why is the manifestation of joy associated with some kind of special conditions and vulgarity?
The age of mania brings with it the inability to relax and just be joyful. We are in a hurry to live and in a hurry not to live, we dissolve in vanity and leave our feelings in the depths. Our demons descend to these depths within us and, taking advantage of the joy left there, laugh at us and rejoice for themselves. They literally scoff at us, as we laugh hysterically at a play with an impossibly primitive and vulgar subtext, you make fun of your vices without having the opportunity to be just funny. The shift towards energy dumping tends us to slide down the mountain of opportunity to be at the top of our sensory experiences. Just stop and just be, have the courage to look into your bottom and see your distorted smile there. Yes, yes, Ladies and Gentlemen, our bottom looks into our eyes and smiles at us, slightly ironic, slightly sarcastic, but no doubt sincere. Our demons are glad to us, they love us, but we do not.
Where we hid our joy from ourselves. This powerful element of the manifestation of our libido, our cheerfulness, our manifestation of ourselves in this world and our ability to be loved by this world. Without straying into equivalent "joys" to be able to rejoice is a great achievement in life, without any exaggeration. Joy is an indicator of the flow of life in us, an indicator of our vitality, our ability to live. There is no joy - there is no life, despite all our attempts to overlap from all sides with the "joys" of life. Joy disappears into the depths of our consciousness giving way to pragmatism, efficiency and mania (although the list goes on). The course of our life is blocked in ourselves and not at all in the external world. Few of those whom we are accustomed to consider guilty are to blame for this.
Joy is blocked in us in the form of complexes that consist of trauma and some unconscious mechanism (scenario) for its implementation. Anger, anxiety, compulsiveness - these are our new means of expressing our joy, opening access to it for ourselves under the influence of drugs, alcohol or other "advanced techniques of changing consciousness." Why can't you be alive and joyful without all this, dear Ladies and Gentlemen? Why do you need to follow diets, sit in yoga poses, go hell knows where just to "find the joy of life"? Don't you think that there is a lot of self-deception here. No, doesn't it? OK.
No one will teach us to be happy and to be happy for ourselves. Nobody! Simply because they themselves do not know how to do this, and those who know, they are not up to moralizing, they are free from the need to convince someone of something, this is superfluous in a state of free feeling of the flow of joy (libido) within themselves. To be joyful is simple, it's like … to be simpler, to be simple for the perception of oneself, not to complicate, not to add, not to take away, not to divide, just to be yourself.

For a woman, nothing is impossible in this life. After all, the energy of a woman is subtle and, according to all laws, subtle energy always controls the dense one. Remember. Engines convert the energy of wind, water, nuclear fuel into mechanical, electrical and other energy that drives huge units.
Ban On Joy
There is such a widespread life model - the ban on joy. For example: in order not to cry, it is better not to rejoice. In order not to break off, it is better not to want at all. If everything is "too good," then something bad is about to happen.

HOW TO KEEP JOY OF LIFE, ENERGY AND ACTIVITY
Once, in a philosophy lesson at the university, a teacher uttered a phrase that now accompanies my whole life: "A person dies when he ceases to be surprised." That is, when interest in the world around us, in people, events disappears.
