In everyday affairs, how many times are we under the influence of "must". Need to eat.. Need to make a purchase … Need to look good … Need to be affectionate.. Need to smile … Need to go for groceries …
And throughout the day there is an endless "must".
And don't do a lot of "must" tasks, it creates guilt and then stress and pressure. And as a result, you stop feeling the integrity and joy of life.
How can I help myself?
Remember and write down the entire list of "must" - cases for today. A lot, isn't it?
From these, select what you really need to do for today.
And then the magic begins.
In each paragraph, write the word WANT. After all, you really want to have time for all this, complete it, etc.? And instead of - "I need ….." turns into "I want ….". Do you feel how heaviness has been replaced by lightness?
Congratulations! Now you have a choice. For with the appearance of the word I want, you give yourself the right, without condemning yourself to an unquestioning "must". With "I want", energy appears to achieve it …
