How often have you heard the groans of friends and acquaintances about how something in life is too expensive (if not all); that there are no good men around or there is no normal work; or, that that one is an asshole, that one is a fool, but these ones got it; or how much children are exhausting and do not allow them to be realized; that the president is bad; that the boss is so-so; that the Martians have too much influence on the Moon, and the Moon in retaliation for the ebb and flow; that the Masons have taken over the whole world, control the minds of millions and do it, of course, a million times worse than the one who tells you about all this at this moment could do?
This is not the limit. There is no end to the discontent, groaning, resentment and difficulties that a person can see. If you really want it, you can see it everywhere. This is how the creator conceived, giving absolute freedom of sensations, manifestations and creativity to a creature called a person.
But a person, by an amazing coincidence, does not notice this freedom point-blank, ignoring it with all his might and preferring to feel not free and difficult instead of free and easy. Having learned professionally to find difficulties, injustices, and wrongs in life. Sharpening your mind literally in everything to find what else needs to be corrected here in order for life to become normal and how much of everything is in the way of all this. And it hinders so that to do at least something concrete and constructive, as if it is really impossible and the only thing that remains is to get upset, sad, suffer and quietly "drag out your burden." Remaining unrecognized by anyone, sad, but so deeply understanding everything, caustic "wise men" …

But the feeling that life / mom-dad / husband-wife / boss / president / country / neighbors / relatives / Martians still owe him something, the person still has. Because of this, a person feels life is unfair, imperfect, cruel, and he feels angry or certainly dissatisfied with something. And the feeling of righteous discontent pervades the whole life of such a person. Everywhere and in everything, a person sees flaws and shortcomings, having forgotten how to notice the opportunities that life opens up to everyone in full, regardless of your most incredibly difficult and unbearable circumstances.
But from time to time, seeing a new opportunity, instead of making a small effort over himself and stepping towards this opportunity, such a person chooses to experience and express his righteous and deeply “just” discontent.
And miraculously, one day life turns to such a person in the very place in which it is always, if desired, very easy to find a flaw and poke a finger at it. This is how a person lives in an unfair, imperfect world, full of flaws, fools and problems - while feeling himself unfairly misunderstood, unfairly offended, unfairly deprived.
At close range, not noticing that around a long time ago there were a lot of those who live in a completely different way.
Whoever has little, manages to keep up everywhere and do as much as few people dreamed of. And, more importantly, in addition to all this, he knows how to be truly happy, easy and joyful, with peace of mind. Regardless of the issues and difficulties encountered in life.
But it is very difficult to notice such people and this opportunity for a person “offended” by life, because there is such a great temptation to compare and, once again, confidently make sure that your circumstances are a million times more difficult and unfair than the circumstances of someone else. And you will be right for yourself again, for the umpteenth time. But in the same way, again, for the umpteenth time, the opportunity to open up to life, to see in life what you did not notice until that moment - will pass you by.
In order to notice such an opportunity, it is not at all necessary to come to a session with a psychotherapist; it is not at all necessary to undergo intensive group or individual therapy; it is not necessary to attend trainings, online groups of abundance, mindfulness, masculinity or femininity. Perhaps some of this, specifically for you, will be useful, but this is absolutely certain not necessary.
Opportunity instead of difficulty to see opportunitylies in the depths of every moment without exception. The opportunity not only to see an opportunity, but also to discover this opportunity for oneself, in the same way, lies in every moment, without exception. And even the opportunity not only to reveal the possibility, but also to become this very opportunity is in the same way, without exception, every moment. For so much this very moment is indescribably multifaceted and amazing.
What exactly you will focus on is known only to you. After all, it is you who have been given this very life free of charge, together with the freedom to experience everything in life that you cannot but experience …
