The latter is very important because, in the modern world, we are used to giving a lot of advice. The woman does not need them, she needs the participation of others in her conversation aloud. She has a need for listeners, but not for counselors. It is important for her to structure the thought processes, and she does this best by discussing the situation.

Since we combine our work activities with men, the requirements for a woman are equal to those that are put forward for the stronger sex. Of course, man is by nature an adaptive being, so women learn to work in such conditions.

" This arrangement gave a sense of freedom of action. It also felt like they understood my needs.

Leaders and employees are different. Moreover, we ourselves are not accustomed to voicing the conditions in which we are most comfortable working. However, no money is taken for demand. The request will not be deducted from the salary. And if you say that it will be very effective in achieving the result, then you will not be denied (the exception may be people who themselves feel uncomfortable at work).
