Our life in many cases consists of questions and answers, of actions and reactions to them. Sexual relationships between partners are no exception. Often, some women express concern that after intercourse, their man becomes silent. They see the problem in the fact that before sex the man was very talkative, answered questions with great desire, he himself showed a verbal interest in the woman, and after sex he fell silent, or even worse fell asleep.
In some cases, women with good imaginations begin to look for an explanation in themselves or in the quality of sex itself, but again the emphasis is on their own role. This approach makes a woman make assumptions that the man does not like her, he does not feel good with her, and, in general, he does not love her. In some cases, in order to come to such conclusions, a woman literally takes five minutes. Subsequently, the woman diligently seeks confirmation of this hypothesis, and as a rule finds it as she wants. And now a new belief is formed, and it will naturally affect the relationship in the future. The reason for the conflict is better, which cannot be imagined.
In fact, the reason that a man is silent after sex is not at all in his attitude towards a woman (although there are exceptions). The fact is that men and women experience the moment of sexual intimacy differently, both emotionally and physiologically. At the hormonal level, there is a large release of serotonin into the bloodstream during orgasm. It is he who is responsible for relaxation and a feeling of euphoria, the reaction to its action in women and men is completely different. It affects men almost instantly, while women are more restrained in their perception. In other words, after sex, a man immediately has a desire for peace, while women do not.
The situation is about the same with the emotional component. In sex, a man gives more, and a woman, accordingly, receives. In addition, a woman is more filled emotionally and sensually under normal conditions, in sex she also gets recharged, this explains the chewing of some of the fair sex to continue communication. A man in such moments, on the contrary, is "discharged", and accordingly his energy is not enough even for conversations, he needs rest.
How can a woman build her behavior in such moments? It largely depends on what stage the relationship is at. What is the degree of trust and acceptance of each other by partners. A woman can use excess emotional energy to fondle her partner, without sexual overtones. Pat him on the chest, lie on his shoulder. Say a simple phrase "I liked it." This always has a beneficial effect on relationships and a man's perception of a woman. Needless to say, if a lady is not satisfied with sex, this is a personal matter, since an emotionally mature man, in this case, perfectly understands that he was not up to par. The reaction and behavior of a woman will be determined by how she sees the relationship with this man in the future, if the relationship is not yet long.
The integrity of the relationship and their quality is definitely dependent on sex. But to no lesser extent, this will be determined by the desire to understand your partner or partner, to find out the true reasons for behavior in a particular situation, for this sometimes it is enough to sincerely talk with someone who is nearby. This will be more useful than inventing your own versions, which are often untenable and have nothing to do with the real state of affairs.
