Each of us has our own "comfort zone" - this is the world where our habits, stereotypes, principles live, in general, everything that has been accepted by us and has become convenient since childhood

It would seem that in such an understandable and familiar environment, you can live your whole life without changing anything. But then it is unlikely that one of the basic human needs for development will be realized, because to develop means to leave the "comfort zone". And the well-established way of life may not be pleasant and requires changes, but here again it means getting out of the usual life circumstances and revising your “comfort zone”. It will be more like living in a "box" with walls out of our fears about going out into the outside world, in which it may be cozy, but cramped, sad and uninteresting. And getting out of the "box" is hindered by fear and a feeling of complete uncertainty before possible changes.

It is important to understand that we do life as it is, which means that it is in our power and interests to start trying what we haven’t tried, do what we didn’t do, see what we didn’t see, recognize what we didn’t know. And if the fears are too strong or the past is not experienced, then professional psychological support will be a faithful assistant.

Let me remind you that life is here and now, and not tomorrow and yesterday, so I propose to live fully, expand the “comfort zone” and try something new and unusual every week (or more often)
