But in our world, which lives in a very fast pace, awareness as an internal quality is periodically sacrificed to activity in external life. It sometimes turns off, to the point that a person cannot remember exactly what he did two hours ago, why he did this or that, why he thought so or said something.
I propose to make awareness even more "aware"…. bring some magic into it. Then you will not have to automatically try to keep yourself fully armed at any moment in order to control your internal states, but to get interest, pleasure and even more GOOD from this activity.
First of all, let us agree that everything in the world is filled with energy. And all situations are also filled with energy. Your thought process is no exception. If you give birth to positive thoughts into the world, you get the same response from it. What you think, what you imagined, then comes true. There is a lot of material on this topic on the Internet.
It's the same with faith. Belief in something is also a directed flow of energy, which will return the world to you with a certain result. And now let's take your awareness and diversify it with imagination and faith in order not only to stay in it, but also to launch the useful processes we need.
For example, you perform some action…. let's say you're carrying heavy bags. At this moment, you are utterly aware: you feel bad, you are tired and think when you will reach the final point. Instead, let's add some magic here. Imagine that bags are your problems, karma, an unsolved problem (from any area of life), illness, and the like. You can submit whatever you want. How will you carry these bags then? Bending over, barely, scolding everything in the world? You will get the same result.
BUT!
You can carry bags proudly erect, having gained patience and dignity, believe in the best: "I will definitely carry these bags and everything will be fine" (read: I will definitely solve this problem, I have the strength and will to solve it, I know where I need to go ").

Have you ever wondered why many businessmen run in the morning? Running can be thought of as simply wanting to keep fit or
the forced need with a sour face every morning to get up and trudge to the treadmill.
Or you can mentally imagine this process as the beginning of another process: starting a business project, setting a problem, finding a solution, and so on.
How do you start running then? Sleepy, lazy, "damn it, run again"? Your work in life will go the same way. The worst thing is not to reach the target point and go back (because you are tired, tired, or something else has happened).
BUT!
You can go out in the morning briskly outside, breathe in fresh air, smile and go ahead to the goal. There may be obstacles in your path (lace
untied constantly, you stumble, for some reason you are suddenly very tired, your thoughts constantly go in the wrong direction, and so on). Running obstacles are a projection of what prevents you from achieving your goal in real life.
In general, sport (if you look at the inner qualities of this concept) perfectly matches the "vibrations" of business people. Through sports, you can clearly
see what and where the problem in the business is present or may arise.
