Who are zombies?

In the beginning, people flood their brains with unnecessary information, which the intellect lacks the capacity to process. Then, semantic viruses enter the main store, turn off critical thinking, change the content of value attitudes and format the ideological position. After that, a person's feelings and orientations are subordinated to alien malicious programs.
The installation of false values in the psyche has a special effect on changing consciousness, which leads modern zombies to a thirst for pleasure, passionate worship of money, an unrestrained race for fashion, voluptuous vanity, spiritual degradation, intellectual limitation, rudeness and vulgarity.
Who is controlling the zombies?
These are professional mind manipulators, working with both large audiences and especially important zombies. The manipulators of consciousness have no external signs by which they could be recognized in the crowd. It is known that they possess unprecedented unscrupulousness, unheard-of cruelty, and an unbridled desire to gain and retain power. Their speeches are full of hypocrisy, and their goals are manic self-interest. They do not tolerate dissent and nobility. As psychopaths, they quickly read the emotions of other people, deftly manage them, achieving the reactions and results they need. It is useless to argue with them. It makes no sense to appeal to common mind and conscience.
What weapons do the manipulators use?
Mostly informational. What are yandex, mail and et cetĕra news feeds. According to sources close to the leadership of the leading Russian media, on average out of 8 news, one is positive, and the other 7 are negative. This means that it is beneficial for someone to cause a state of shock.
From the point of view of emotional intelligence, the following emotions are suitable entry points for manipulation: fear, horror, sadness, grief, shame, guilt, anger, surprise, amazement, disgust, interest, trust, delight.
In a strong emotional experience, a filter that is responsible for critical thinking breaks through, and, for example, advertising against the background of "how bad everything is" provides a high level of sales.
What to do about it?
1. Limit the flow of information from the media and the Internet, be more choosy and demanding about the quality of intellectual food. Read more and listen to classics, think through the prism of human values, relying on the traditional worldview.
2. Think positively. This skill will be a good friend and advisor. If trouble happens, we will remember the advice of the wise king Solomon, who said: "Everything will pass, this will also pass." Let us remind ourselves that trials are temporary, and life is a good thing.
3. Be the author of your life, because an irresponsible position leads to the fact that we put off happiness, success, health and dreams for later. Our inconsistency can be corrected, our shortcomings can be turned into pluses, our imperfection can work for us, the desired relationships can be established, as well as finding a hobby, job, friends and girlfriends to our liking.
4. Find support from those who inspire us and believe in our success. These can be relatives, relatives, teachers, coaches. Also, professional coaches and counseling psychologists will be helpful, who will reveal the resource that is available within us. This is comparable to when you are running a marathon, and at the checkpoints the guys from the personal support group give you change of clothes and water, when there are posters with your name in the stands, and from the crowd they shout “Run, you can! We are with you! You will succeed!"
