Yesterday (in my Facebook group) I invited women to live the day in the state of a relaxed Cat 😏
It turned out to be difficult!
Even lying on the bed and watching your favorite movie, you can never fully relax. Why?
Because to relax is, first of all, to relieve mental stress. And this tension is causing our fears and anxious apprehensions.
Fear of rejection, disapproval, fear of not coping with something and not living up to expectations … Fear of disappointing someone, making a mistake … Fear of discontent of others, over-control of yourself and your actions … Fear of an important conversation … Anxiety for the life of loved ones and anxiety about money …
That is, in the background there is always a sense of threat to life, pressing on our basic need for security.
And here it is important:
* see your fear
* name it
* hook on the tail that message-setting that creates mental stress
* to face the feeling that we are most afraid to experience.
For example, a woman may have a huge fear of not living up to the expectations of other people and an internal attitude: “I have to live up to the expectations of others. And if I don’t justify, then I will greatly disgrace and feel my enormous insecurity … And it will be just a failure - from shame I will not know where to go … This will destroy my so unstable self-esteem and I will be rejected with shame, and for me nowhere and never there will be no place ….
And then the woman stumbles and begins to cry.
An inner deep experience: “I have no place in this world” - this is what created a huge tension inside her. After contact with such an experience, relaxation usually occurs. Sometimes just being aware of what is happening can help release a huge level of tension.
And then it is worth starting to let in the feeling: “I am. I am alive. No matter what happens, I always have a place in this world. And directly try to pass this sensation through all the cells of the body.
And after such deep work, the woman already feels more inner support. Now she relies not on fear, but on the fact that there is always a place for her in this world. With these people or with others, but for her there is ALWAYS a place in this world!
