Help from the hall.

The people who surround you, and the stories associated with them, will help you figure out what is happening to you personally, in your own world, in your soul.

A new teacher came to her daughter's class. Ambitious, authoritative, tough, wanting everything at once - quickly in the shortest possible time to put things in order with "neglected children". She brushed aside all the "gulki", any loyalty, canceled the changes. And all this "for the sake of the children!" He is trying to impose a structure in a declarative manner, to cram children into it and to achieve excellent results in the shortest possible time. Young, scared, belligerent, afraid of losing control over children and parents. "It's up to me to decide how it will be here." "Either way or no way." Warrior Teacher!

It really hit me. After all, a good teacher is a good one! And it seems that for the sake of children and academic performance and structure. But something is wrong here.. Where is the understanding that “the world is not divided into black and white”, where is wisdom, where is flexibility, where is depth, where is the individual approach and understanding of the needs of children? All this was deleted for the sake of the demands of circumstances and on pain of losing power. Children are shoved between the millstones of the structure. And apart from obligations, they have nothing. Commitment and debt.

It's time to take a look at yourself. What do I want from my children right now? Where are my fears and demands here? How are my own concerns about education, parental authority, and control doing? Am I missing something important, deep, valuable? What am I doing myself?

what is this for me? - this question is worth asking when you see something very disturbing, crashing in, preventing you from passing by

Sexy, confident, impudent, rude former employee again asks for help. Bright lipstick, great manicure. She apparently fiddled with her hair for a long time - she can afford it. Uses people with ease. And definitely able to say no. Not like me. What is it about her that I cannot afford? I want desperately, afraid to admit it to myself, but I can't?

Sweetheart, well, a very stupid and demonstratively helpless member of the general business team constantly forces me to reckon with her inability to use computer programs, her mood swings, feelings and some kind of "legalized wretchedness". She acts like it's okay to be stupid and helpless. You don't have to do anything about it. And let others adjust.

With what kind of my own "wretchedness" and "powerlessness" am I fighting? What do I not give the right to exist? What am I exterminating in myself?

In this article, I have provided examples from various customer stories.

As in a crooked mirror, a hundredfold reinforced, tearing through the glass with foam to the very bones, we hear our own from the world. What we doubt, what we are fighting with, what we cannot afford. We hear “our theme”. As a speech therapist hears out of the hubbub of voices in public transport, a person hears what he is tuned in, what is now being digested by the psyche, what the brain decides, what weighs the soul on the scales of justice - its own theme.

the visible surrounding world often becomes the arena of its own internal conflicts

“Visible” - because the world is different.

A person has not been working as a speech therapist for 15 years, instead of “throat p” he hears English speech in the crowd and turns his head with interest in search of strange foreigners. A completely different topic responds and sounds.

The people are the same, the words are the same, and even the environment may not change, but the notes we already hear are different. Already the other is important, the other jerks to the depths of the soul.
