Many of us have not been taught to feel. And this is an important part of us, which signals states and reactions to events and our environment.
Unfortunately, we are trained to do and not to feel. Otherwise, how can we control us? No way. Choice without choice.
Emotions are reactions to changes in the body in response to signals or situations in the surrounding world. And feeling is what the head understands, it is what gives meaning to emotions - what can be understood and named. Feelings provide an opportunity for orientation in what is happening - what I like, I don't like, suits me or not, or how suits me, on what conditions I can and will cooperate / communicate, etc.
How will I deal with feeling = how will I deal with myself and my life.
And then a freeze once occurred, then a run into the unknown. The fear of stopping and feeling, feeling what is with me, where I am running, what and who is around me.
The body is one and whole - what I feel, what I think, what I do. And then it becomes possible to choose consciously.
And questions to yourself can cause dissatisfaction, because you have to touch the part of yourself that has not been lived through, and there it can be painful, ashamed, sad, irritating, etc. I don't want to touch such experiences. But they are just the key to development.
Live consciously and with pleasure as much as possible here and now!
