The creators of the Spiral Dynamics theory say that our whole life is
development in a spiral, with a consistent transition from one level of values to
next.
living beings act in the same way: "Hit" or "Run".
Simply put, they take an active (aggressive, creative) or
passive (sacrificial).
And what will happen if these two theories are combined?
Perhaps the processes that are now taking place in society will become a little clearer?
So.
Beige level, the first - there is hunger, cold and fear. Here the world is
solid threat.
It is not necessary that everything is so in reality, but this is exactly what a person who lives
at the beige level.
If he takes an active position, then he will have to urgently figure out how to conduct
yourself, adapt to be comparatively safe in this world.
A passive position at this level is equal to death - literally a refusal to fight
for a life.
The violet level is the world of myth and magic.
There is an action followed by a result. If the desired effect is not present, then the ritual was violated.
Taking an active position at this level, a person will devote their time
prayers and magical practices, harmonization of the space around. This level
very important in times when other supports no longer work.
In the position of the sacrificial person, the violet level person will surrender to the will of fate. Everything, what happens to him is beyond his control and understanding.
The red level is the world of warriors, power and success, where the strongest wins and
brave.
A person of the red level, who has chosen an active position, will try to take over
with as many resources as he can, in all available ways.
Those who have not been able to achieve influence or have chosen a passive position will try
join the leaders and become part of their "team".
The blue level is the world of order and hierarchy. "Follow the rules and everything will be fine" -
that's the motto of the blue society.
In this world, active representatives become those who create these rules and
monitors execution.
People who have chosen a passive position try to strictly comply with all regulations, to feel safe.
Orange level - the world of technology and competition for the best position due to
knowledge. In this world, the most ingenious or cunning wins.
The active position of the orange man will be expressed through the desire to get
as much useful information as possible to transform it into
winning strategy.
A passive orange person will limit himself to collecting tips and tricks, absorbing information in huge quantities, but never finding a way
turn it into a practical plan.
Green level - a world of harmony and love, in which resources are distributed
fair, and the relationship must be good.
In an active position, green people will help others, take care of
environmental friendliness, organize mutual funds and through this activity
feel safe.
Paradoxically, in a passive position, greens become warlike, attacking those who disagree with their ideas or just look for the culprit. This is how
energy that could not be directed to global affairs.
Yellow is an eclectic world of creativity and super adaptation skills.
Independence, freedom, dignity and competence are the main values here.
In an active position, the yellow person will achieve stability through
agreements and cooperation with others. “Be happy and fulfilled, and not
harm others”- this is the motto of the yellow people.
If it suddenly happened that the yellow man chose to stay away - he
does it in the literal sense: it closes in itself, plunging into its
own universe, where others are not allowed entry. But the way out of it is also not
simple.
The turquoise level is the world - a single organism.
Here, each person is unique and at the same time - part of a large system, where everyone
people are inextricably linked and dependent on each other.
Is it possible to divide representatives of this level into "hunters" and "victims"? to me
it seems not. At the turquoise level, borders are erased and at the same time they
exist in a new, unfamiliar quality.
Doing something without considering how it will affect the entire system, more
impossible. The old rules don't work here anymore.
It seems to me that these days our universe is rapidly, practically jumping
through the levels, strives for the turquoise world.
The turquoise world has become close - almost at arm's length.
And I am fascinated by the opening spectacle!
This is how I feel what is happening right now.
