Great Shift. Awakening # 7

Now is a difficult time for all of us. Alarming, panic states, coupled with an epidemic, like a tsunami, are engulfing country after country. My article is about our human abilities and capabilities. I want to share some knowledge and vision on how to maintain a clear mind, strength, faith and health.

I am a hypersensitive person, like many of you. With my “skin” I feel other people and the space around me. You know, in addition to physical skin, each of us has a psychic skin - a kind of atmosphere that surrounds the inner world. With the help of psychic skin, we scan space and can resist the influence of external circumstances. Now the external environment is charged with excessive anxiety, impotence and chaos. This can develop into even more complex states: panic, horror, apathy, etc.

I want to start the conversation with a small theoretical part about how we work. In order to show the disadvantage and harmfulness of being in anxiety. And then discuss ways to put in order your psychological state and the space around.

Inside each of us there is an autonomic nervous system - a monitoring system that constantly monitors what is inside me, what is there in the environment, how can I be with other people in this world. There are three main states in which we can be.

No. 1. "Conscious presence"

When we are safe, we can be spontaneous, follow our curiosity, be aware, connect at the levels of mind and heart with other people.

From this state, we can:

notice beauty and create, experiment, invent, be merciful, easy to get in touch with other people, cooperate, support, ask for help, be aware of yourself and the world.

We are flexible and creative. We can filter what is mine and what is not, what is important to me, and what I do not want to let into the inner world and my life. This is the job of the ventral parasympathetic nervous system.

No. 2. "Martial law"

If a threat arises, the sympathetic nervous system turns on. Anxiety appears, breathing becomes shorter and faster. Muscles are tense or blocked. We sweat, we have difficulty thinking. Thoughts jump in the same circle and it is difficult to switch to anything. The system is focused on one task - to survive. We can get angry at someone who is nearby, lose energy, create chaos, our actions in this state are usually unproductive and often destructive. This condition is quite exhausting, leading to headaches, insomnia, spasms and diseases in the body. Because "martial law" is included inside. This condition is exhausting and reduces immunity. Unfortunately, for many earthlings this state is most familiar.

№ 3. "Apocalypse"

In extreme cases, for the purpose of self-preservation, the most ancient system - the dorsal one - is turned on, and then we experience a collapse.

How it manifests itself:

- a feeling of total loneliness, - freezing - loss of "sensitivity" to yourself and other people, - being in a state of dissociation - we do not understand well who we are and what is happening, we can forget what we just did, absentmindedly walk the required street, feeling helpless

- disconnection from life, loss of interest in everything, - obsession with one action, for example, endless monitoring of news, - it is impossible to rely on your body.

The danger is that in this state a person is absolutely dependent and controlled!

It is difficult to get out of such a state. It takes time and a safe environment to thaw.

Therefore, it is important to prevent falling into a state of collapse of the inner world and the onset of the "Apocalypse".

How to maintain inner peace and stability?

For the past six months, my inner voice made me work and study seven days a week. I learned a lot, invented, worked in private practice and in trainings. And I also saw how people are opening up more and more and begin to predominate previously "sleeping" abilities.

Due to the fact that the world is fluid, constantly changing and unstable, the mind is unable to cope with the flow of new information. Rationality and logic can operate only with the knowledge that is in memory. In completely new situations, one should rely on other forms of contact with reality, such as:

- intuition (our internal GPS), - the ability to hear and trust the messages of your corporeality (aesthetic knowledge of the body), - spontaneity - the ability to listen to space and make a choice of direction from inner motives, as plants grow when they reach for the sun,

- the skill to co-tune with oneself and other people, - be aware of and manage your energies (know your natural rhythm and style of contact), - to be aware of and protect the World inside, - scan and build space around you.

All of the above abilities are possible in a calm state of the nervous system.

We all have great potential. We just weren't taught this. It's time to discover and apply a wider range of human capabilities.

Anxiety, panic and spontaneity work on the same "fuel" - excitement - energy that is born in response to external events, internal desires and other people. Interrupted or stopped arousal turns into anxiety. Anxiety drives you crazy, creates chaos, makes it difficult to feel your desires and can lead to panic. Panic happens when we lose control of our feelings, the ability to think adequately and fall into a childish or infant position filled with despair, horror and helplessness.

It's time to wake up. Panic from fear of death and loss of acquired material can be lowered to a lower stage of development.

But, if, during and after quarantine, we keep calm inside, discovering previously unused potential and taking responsibility for thoughts and actions, then we humans can rise to an amazing and wonderful stage of development.

Awakening number 7 *.

We already have a lot of knowledge and resources for this. It is important that true knowledge becomes available to as many people as possible. We are not human beings with spirituality, we are spiritual beings in human bodies.

In order to realize your true strength, you should get out of the usual wheel of life and delve into your human nature.

Today, people usually use up to 12% of their natural potential, athletes of the Olympic team - about 30%, warriors on the battlefield - 40%, people whom we call Saints - 90%. As you can see, we are merging most of the potential somewhere and most often into anxiety.

What to do:

1. Observe all measures to protect the physical body: hygiene, distance, knowledge of the symptoms of the virus, self-help steps if you suspect an illness and helping others. The body is the temple of the Soul.

2. In parallel with the precautions for the physical body, take care of the integrity of the "psychic skin" of your own universe, which is within you.

Dedicate your quarantine time to quality time with you, rather than hanging out in news feeds. Filter tightly and limit information that comes from outside.

3. Your inner universe is as important and real as your outer universe. If you are not familiar with it, study now. Go to the depths of yourself. Remember that all of us human beings are deeply connected to each other. Everyone and everyone. Taking care of our inner world, creating there a space of light, peace, love and tranquility, we have a beneficial effect on all other people. If we maintain anxiety, slide into panic, then we have a destructive effect on humanity. First of all, to the immediate environment!

4. Weeks of quarantine are given to us to reassess internal values, revise the rules that we follow. The best way to be sure in which direction you are going is to listen to the voice of your heart. If your heart is calm or if it beats excitedly and joyfully, then you are going right. If there is too much anxiety, it is possible that you are going in the wrong place.

If you are not calm, look for a circle of people close to you, look for those who will hear you. Find or create an area where you are calm: forest, lake, meditation, prayer, favorite music. Look at the burning candle, listen to the birds, engage in bodily practices, ground yourself by any means, especially when sadness, fear or resentment rolls over. I have several beautiful stones that are always with me and two stone bracelets. Through them I seem to communicate with the earth. Swimming in a cold lake always helps me to cope with anxiety. I try to do this now.

Create your own island of tranquility.

5. Listen to the body. Each of us has an internal GPS navigator. When we run on business, like a squirrel in a wheel, or are in the jaws of anxiety, we do not have the opportunity to hear the voice of intuition.

Imagine that you have forgotten how to think with your head. But you have all five senses and a body at your disposal. All you need to do is learn how to use this world scanning and decision making system.

Do a couple of experiments.

Here's one. Tomorrow after waking up, when you go into the kitchen, do not think with your head about your breakfast. Try to listen and understand what your soul and body need. And maybe at this moment you will not want to eat, but to re-read the poems written by you 15 years ago, or to call your mother and tell about your love for her. To mom who is hundreds of kilometers away from you or in the next room …

6. Learn, cherish, develop and strengthen your inner world. This is your contribution and your responsibility for the state of humanity.

I would like to bring to your attention the second experiment.

Step 1. Immerse yourself in yourself and try to see in all the little things and nuances how your inner universe looks and works.

Step 2. If you are a visual - create a collage or draw what your universe looks like, if you are inclined to write - write a novel about your inner world, you are inclined to music - compose a melody of your universe.

Step 3. Do some kind of audit by answering a series of questions:

- By what rules did your inner universe live until March 2020?

- Whose rules are these and how do they affect you?

- Are you moving in the direction that your soul dreamed of at the moment of your birth?

- Imagine yourself in old age. From this state, look at yourself in March 2020. What do you want to say to yourself from the depths of your own wisdom, compassion and mercy?

- Do something good for yourself, for your inner world, despite the complexity of today's situation. Do it today and …

- Smile more often to people who love you, people who live near you. Smile at yourself and the little that life gives you. Smile because it’s good for the soul, and smile because no one deserves you to stop doing it.

* Awakening number 7 - the seventh level of development of human biopsychosocial systems. Which implies the unification of humanity into a single spiritual whole with an orientation towards such priorities as caring for the world around us, simplicity of life and respect for people at any level. Those who are at this level strive to become part of a single system of interconnections that all forms of life form. They are able to combine the strengths of all other levels without harming their own self. In the hands of 0.1% of representatives of this level, 1% of political power is concentrated.
