ABOUT ACHIEVING GOALS
ABOUT ACHIEVING GOALS

I am often asked HOW to achieve a goal? What's the power, bro?

(I love life and know how to achieve something almost unattainable)

Today I am not only telling, but also showing =)

Look at the picture. What do you see? Seriously.

Yes, we can safely say that this is a unique shot (for sure it was awarded some kind of prize) Big birds will grab a fish in a split second

So what? Yes, then, look HOW HE DOES IT! He is completely focused on the goal. He looks at the target, is completely ready to grab it - he even pushed his wings aside so as not to interfere)) At this moment he is all sharpened for the target, ideally matches it. Are you approaching your goals in the same way? =)

Our main resource is ATTENTION. It is YOU who decide every second where to direct your attention: to a goal or to a pleasant but useless nonsense; to a person who turns to you or inward, already preparing a response phrase (most people DO NOT hear each other - when the interlocutor speaks, they already scroll their own speech in their head and just wait for a pause in the interlocutor's speech to start speaking themselves)

This is YOU decide where to direct your attention. And no one will force you to switch it if you yourself do not make such a decision.

Why are the goals NOT being achieved?

Because the goal was NOT ENOUGH attention. Attention was wasted on:

- doubts (will it work?), - reading the feed in the social network (what the hell does this have to do with your goal ???)

- discussion (actions) of other people (this is called gossip and, as a rule, does not lead to the goal)

- feeling sorry for yourself (it's so difficult for you, so many obstacles … Well, this is NOT constructive)

Take another look at the picture. Imagine that this bird flies like this, and he THINKS: "but can I?" Or else: "Damn, I'm so tired" or "Do I need it ?!" or "right now, I'll like a couple of pictures, and the fish will wait" or, beloved6 "and what will the others think of me ??" FUNNY?
