Do you think being angry is bad?
Not at all. And even useful. But you need to do it right
We get angry when our needs are not met or boundaries are violated.
But I want to clarify that indignation, irritation, indignation, anger, dislike, rage, aggression, hatred are absolutely natural emotions that, like others, have developed in us and animals in the process of evolution.
And everything that is given by nature is useful and appropriate.
And anger is as much a part of us as the intestines, kidneys, liver. Not noticing her or treating her badly is like saying that the bladder is bad. Or as if he is not there. And forbid yourself to write.
It is bad and harmful not to be aware of and not to express anger.
After all, she still needs to go somewhere, so she will turn into other negative emotions. Or sadness, and will drive you into depression. Or maybe - into anxiety and lead to anxiety disorders.
Or it will go into the body and become psychosomatic diseases that shorten life.
But why then do most people say that anger is bad?
When we restrain it and do not openly manifest it, society develops - there are fewer wars and people are less likely to kill each other.
Therefore, we can say: it is not anger itself that is bad, but its manifestation in a violent form.
Beating, yelling, insulting, cursing, giving negative assessments, throwing and throwing other people's things are unsuccessful attempts to inform a person about your needs.
To stop getting angry, but not harm anyone, this emotion must be expressed without violence:
- Name a person's action that you don't like and makes you feel like that
- Become aware of emotion - that is, that you are angry right now
- Find out what emotional needs are being violated or not being met at this moment. Formulate them for yourself
- To voice, convey to another person a specific request - how you want him to behave in the future.
This will allow you to understand the situation and release the emotion in a constructive manner. And then there will be no reason to be angry.
That is, anger is good. If you use it correctly.
What do you think?

WHY IN FAMILIES WHERE EVERYTHING IS GOOD, SOMETHING IS NOT GOOD WITH CHILDREN
A small note on this topic, since recently families that are friendly and happy have often begun to contact, and of course, on the one hand, it is joyful that there are such families, but for some reason something is happening with the children in these families, but not that, for example, children violently fight among themselves, or children have not typical long-term acquired symptoms - stuttering, enuresis, tantrums, heavy weight, etc.
Anger, Anger, Resentment And Revenge. Where Do Parents Get Their Negativity From?
Anger is one of the basic, that is, innate emotions, the essence of which is, firstly, to signal that my boundaries are somehow not just violated, but harshly violated, and, secondly, to react to this intrusion. It takes a lot of energy to fight back, that's why anger is so strongly “charged”, it excites or “triggers” the sympathetic nervous system, forcing the heart to beat faster, quickens breathing, and mobilizes all the forces of the body.

How Can I Not Smash The Whole World? Or Let's Talk About Annoyance, Anger, Anger And Rage
How does anger feel and what to do with it? The spectrum of anger is quite large - first we feel dissatisfaction, then irritation, then anger, then anger and rage. Anger and rage are no longer so much a feeling as an affect. Affect is an emotional state, short-term, but saturated in intensity, which is very difficult to control, almost impossible.
From Rage And Hatred To Irritation, Anger And Anger
Outwardly, rage is a very strong affect, the observation of the manifestation of which evokes the fantasy of its destructiveness for the participants in the contact. However, rage serves the function of getting what you want within a confluent relationship.
