Somehow I became very interested in astrophysics, which led me to an insight into creativity. Namely, I had a great analogy about black holes and creative stupor.
What is a black hole? Forgive me professional physicists, I will present it as I saw it. Imagine that a certain star lives in space, let's call it conditionally Zaya. So, in our Zai, biochemical reactions are constantly taking place. It cooks and cooks something, its structure becomes heavier, the elements collide, become denser and more massive. At one point, Zaya does not have enough strength to emit light and heat, and she begins to rapidly shrink. There are at least 2 options for what will happen to Zaya. One of them - it will explode and give birth to new stars and planets. And the second option - if Zaya gained too much weight, under the influence of massive gravity, she will collapse and form a Black Hole. The gravity in our new Black Zay will be so great that even rays of light will not be able to leave it. What can we say about the brave kamikaze astronauts.
Want one of the secrets of creativity? Try to find analogies where they are not usually looked for. I tried it with a black hole. And that's what happened.
Imagine Zoya, who is … twenty years old. She has long wanted to write a book about stars. Zoya is in love with astrophysics, and she does not care that she is an accountant, she is sick with space. But Zoya is a perfectionist. She does not create anything. Zoya collects information, reads Talmuds of scientific literature, attends countless conferences, talks with experts. Zoya is actively building up a ton of knowledge about the stars.
When Zoya is asked to write an article on space, she shrugs it off: “What an article, I want to write a bible about space. And in general, I still do not have enough knowledge, I am a layman. Zoya refuses to radiate her creativity, all her strength is spent on cooking an ingenious book in her head.
At one point, Zoya is gaining critical mass, and instead of blowing it up with a book, she continues to accumulate knowledge. She's scared. What will people say? The book is not perfect. And Zoya's love for space collapses. A creative crisis comes to our accountant, she cannot write a single line, and soon abandons this idea, explaining it with a simple "it is not given to me." The porridge in my head turns sour and the dream of writing a book remains an all-consuming Black Hole.
This sad and instructive story about the bird Zoya prompted me to think:
- In nature, everything is interconnected. You need to look there more often)
- Our psyche is a kind of vessel. To prevent it from bursting, it should be emptied periodically.
- When you take a lot and refuse to give, you can collapse. Namely, there comes a certain moment of no return, when you simply cannot give. It's interesting to look at this from a relationship point of view.
- A creative crisis is often the result of a refusal to act, a halt due to "not ideal", "who needs this", "what people will say", "I am capable of more."
- In order not to bury the dream, you have to do it. No, do not perform feats. Step. One step a day, giving away the old and making room for the new.
- Endless corrections take your creation "to the table". Let it go to the reader / viewer / world. Even if it isn't perfect, the next one will be better. But there is no room for the next one while you correct the current one.
Want to write? Write 3 pages. Do this every day. I don't care how it turns out at the beginning. You don't build skill without doing.
Do you want to dance? Go to a dance lesson at a nearby house. Can't you? They are all like that!
Do you want to paint? Buy crayons, draw what comes to mind. Present the creation to your grandmother and tell her that this is the avant-garde. Believe me, your work will always be perfect for her.
Write, sing, dance, speak, take the first steps. Make a mistake. Radiate your creativity, give your thoughts, words, deeds, warmth to the world. Make room for fresh ideas, new creations.

Psychology Of Creativity. I Can't Create Every Day
I am a writer and I myself believed in writing every day. And when it didn't work out, I felt alternately a sense of guilt (before a book, society, a muse), a feeling of anger, confusion, misunderstanding, disappointment. Apparently I'm not trying hard.
The ABC Of Success In Viktorovsky, Or How To Know Yourself Through Holes
Recently, stubborn advertising of Burlan's "system-vector psychology" has begun to creep into the networks more and more often. Out of curiosity, I decided to understand what kind of animal this is. I dug a little (fortunately, it's easy to do on the Internet), and found that the founder of all this was a certain Tolkachev V.
How To Patch Up Energy Holes?
1. Feel the habitual feelings that cause energy drain You can feel some of the holes yourself. But it's best to do it with a good conversationalist. Many are helped by a professional interlocutor: a coach or a psychotherapist. Whether you are doing it yourself or with someone, try to catch those moments when you have habitual feelings of resentment, irritation, anxiety, helplessness, desire for immediate pleasure, and others.
Mom's Creativity Or Stages Of Creativity
The most creative community is not architects and web designers at all. This is Mamie. I'll prove it now. Mothers - who is this? These are young and not always experienced women who suddenly have a very demanding Client. He does not have days off, one constant strategy of behavior.
A Note On Creative People
Creative people delight and inspire, annoy and drive to insanity with their actions. And not because they deliberately want to cheat you, but simply because they are so complicated. Very often they are credited with various diagnoses based on the classification of personality disorders.
