An interesting observation: medicine is developing, people are becoming more literate, information is more and more available. But at the same time, the statistics of diseases are constantly growing. What's the matter? We know how to heal everything so well, or at least keep it under control! And here the following fact came to my mind. I was lucky to get the richest experience of communication with "white coats". Their special caste is the doctors of polyclinics. They are not quite consciously, absolutely volunteering to work for the prosperity and growth of neurotization of the population. 90% of pediatricians say phrases like "are you a mother, want to kill a child?" Reading moms will understand me. And only a small part of state employees are friendly and polite. The entire system for managing pregnancy and infants is built in such a way that parents twitch and worry more and more. Where did such parents get a healthy child from? By the way, did you notice how the statistics of obesity among children is growing? It is deplorable … Children also have to defend themselves: I am big and heavy, do not touch me! Or: I am eating, so I am healthy, calm down! Or seizing, as a sign of lack of attention, care, body contact. We are all smart, doctors teach us the norms of hygiene: there are germs around, don't kiss children again, don't sleep together, and so on, so on.

The point is not to give up on knowledge about the world of viruses and bacteria. No! It's about MEASURE and balance.

The benefits of excess weight in women (examples from practice)

* If I am big, my husband will not beat me. And my husband really stopped hitting (aha! Hit SUCH!)

* If I am big, colleagues will not "poke" me, they will be with me by name and patronymic and respectfully.

* If I am big, I am a more authoritative boss, it’s scary to disobey me.

* If I am big, then everyone in the family can immediately see what WEIGHT IN THE FAMILY. I am in charge. I am not vulnerable, not dependent, not weak.

* If I am fat, then there is a better chance of not getting married. Family is scary, my mother is proof of that.

* If I am fat, then there is more chance of being alone. Better to be alone than to suddenly face rejection or unrequited love. Loneliness is better than pain in a relationship.

* Why look for meanings, goals? Food is the easiest way to have fun, but in sex, you still have to work there, oh well … And try to make a career, start your own business, for example. No, the brownie is faster and easier.

* If I am big, no one else will dare to offend me - they will be afraid.

Overweight is our friend. It makes no sense to deal with it in "superficial" ways. You need to negotiate with him! To get something that gives excess weight, you need to find another way, another "friend". Then the weight will go away "by itself", without diets. Sometimes 3-5 months of therapeutic work are enough.

Come! Be friends with your body, it loves you!;)
