Do you know why I decided to share this story? The fact is that we girls are responsible for the appearance of “mama's sons” in the world - adult males who did not grow out of video games, beer and relying on mom's pension.
This story was told to me two days ago by a client of mine.
Our heroine, a young and quite pretty girl, had a grief that I would not wish for any woman on planet Earth. She tied her fate with a man, whose type, life principles and habits in the family she herself characterized by the term "schmuck". Probably, for the characteristic sound that the mother of this same husband makes when the husband smacks on the top of the head, as a reward for good behavior - good from the point of view of the mother, of course.
However, as I was taught at the university, the term "schmuck" is not correct from the point of view of psychoanalysis. Well, then let's go over dry facts. This man, who, by the way, is already 40 years old at the moment, just got himself a servant to help with the housework and satisfy his sexual needs, but at a very affordable price: for free. The “commander” in this house is his elderly mother, and her son is her beloved child - yes, yes, it is the “child”, not the “man”.
“Don't load my child”, “This is my child's house, not yours”, “You will spoil my only child” - such aphorisms, according to my client, are used by an old woman. Taking into account the fact that the "baby" (forty years old) together with his mother are united in a coalition, the war of one fragile girl against such a coalition is obviously doomed to failure.
And the only correct decision in this case from the point of view of the psychotherapist (me) is not to fight, but to work with the correction of my client's low self-esteem, which we are doing now. Hopefully there is no need to explain why.

Who believe that such concepts as "caring for a woman", "love for a woman" were invented by some "fuckers", "henpecked." Sadly, I have to admit it - we are in charge.
After all, those of us who marry "mama's sons" give the go-ahead for their reproduction. And personally, I'm not sure that the reproduction of "mama's sons" is useful for humanity, because it is possible that "mama's sonship" is genetically encoded and inherited. Therefore, to you girls, a purely human request: if you saw a "mama's son" on the street, do not rush to give birth from him. Let's make the world stronger, kinder, fairer and better together!
