Each person would like to live better, have a higher social status, greater financial opportunities, a different level of comfort, better relationships with their loved ones and relatives, have the opportunity to take better care of their own health, use the best services and make their choice in favor of first-class products. … Of course, there is an understanding that in order to get all this, you need to take some action. Moreover, the Internet and the media constantly remind us of the need to act. Very often, the messages that the news feed is replete with look very inspiring. “In order to get what you don’t have, you have to do what you didn’t do.” Such statements have a very strong effect on people, but, here's the bad luck, for all their correctness, they somehow vague the concept of time, which is necessary for truly qualitative changes to occur.

And people are creatures who, for the most part, want to get better as soon as possible. And then people begin to speed up the process of achievement. But no matter how strange it is, they immediately face opposition, a nature that is not always understood. For instance. The woman is on the first day on a diet, and her name is to celebrate her birthday, where the festive table is bursting with all kinds of yummy. Or, when a person decides to change his daily routine and start going to bed earlier than usual, then at this very time they begin to call him on the phone with some urgent messages. Perhaps the person realized the need to start physical training, but suddenly fell ill with a cold. Most often this happens when a person decides to drastically change something in his life. His motivation is understandable, he wants to make his life better through drastic and sometimes painful changes for himself. If you go a little into a metaphor, then it can be imagined as if a person began to take huge steps, like a fairy-tale giant.

But unfortunately, in life, the fast way to achieve something is not always possible to pass quickly. The point here is that a person is an organic product of nature, and for him, as well as for all living things, the rule of balance operates. An example is the pressure in the human circulatory system, under some circumstances it rises or falls and the body looks for ways to return it to normal, that is, to bring it to balance. Stability is a defining condition for a normal life.

When a person craves to get results in a short period of time, then most often he does not get anything, and perhaps he will be thrown back. It's like in sports, if a person decided in a short time to achieve in order to become a champion and began to train very actively, without calculating the optimal loads, then it is likely that the matter will end with an injury and he will first have to recover, and then, start again. to training.

Roughly the same thing happens if a person wants to achieve something faster. When the balance is disturbed, nature will inevitably try to restore it by any means.

But there is good news, the very balance can be shifted in the direction necessary for a person. This is quite possible if you use the principle of accumulating small victories in your strategy. Indeed, in any natural community there is a principle of optimal growth, which is decisive for life. Attempts to drastically change their lives resemble gross violence and can lead a person to the fact that he will be thrown back to the basic level. If a person changes his life, albeit in small steps, but every day, then the changes occur naturally, and the person does not experience negative experiences.
