But no, this is a relic of the past and therefore, a hobby, alas, does not always turn into a business. But in vain. This is the first thing that I realized and thanks to which I can get money easily and with pleasure, just by doing what I like and match my talents. The mistake that many businessmen make is when, instead of choosing an activity to their liking, they lean towards just a lot of money and process for the sake of process.
Ability to plan your time
No matter how trite it may sound, not everyone can effectively plan their time so that they not only have time to do their business, but also have enough money for the family! The latter is very important, since a full-fledged and happy family also strongly influences the success of a businessman. In principle, a person feels happy when he has fully realized two areas - personal and professional. This question is especially relevant for a business woman. Ideally, when you plan your time so that 70% of the time is spent on work, and 30% for the family is for men, it is still advisable for a woman to choose what is more important for her and move the balance slider to the priority side. For example, 70% to family, 30% to work, this is my choice, which I once made and now successfully adhere to.
Prioritizing well will keep you productive and focused on key tasks, just like a business leader.
When planning your time, remember to delegate secondary processes and tasks that can be outsourced or subordinate. Don't skimp on this! Maximum delegation will help you in planning your time so that you can tackle more global tasks to develop your business, you will have time for yourself, your leisure time and family!
You don't need to dive into the business with your head, it can absorb you so that you "bury yourself" in it and lose the real situation, your eyes can get blurry, you may not notice new prospects or problems on the horizon.

For example, when I left a big business for my own, I chose to do what I like and in which I feel the maximum comfort. After a while, I realized that my business completely captured me and took up all my free time, I didn't really sleep, not to mention my complete absence from the family. Having thought, I realized that this scheme cannot be effective, the main thing is that it does not make me happy and free, and accordingly does not give place to creativity. I decided to change it. Then, from a conversation with a competent person, I realized that I didn’t know how to refuse and I was ashamed to say that I didn’t know something in my field of activity. For this reason, not only everyone around me pressed on me, but I myself pushed myself into frames, in search of “matching the ideal image,” adding extra work for myself. Then I got acquainted with assertive human rights and simply began to allow myself, without shame and fear, to refuse others if the case did not turn out to be in my interests. Say “no” to people if they asked me for something that I could not give them. The ability to refuse, to do what is important to you, as a businessman, and not to others, the so-called assertive human right, greatly increases the efficiency of work. Also, sometimes, I do not hesitate to say that in some moments I am not a specialist and ask for help from more knowledgeable people. When a leader grasps at everything that is possible, he loses a lot of energy, the possibility of creativity and enjoyment. Experience also taught me not to take unnecessary responsibility, especially for other people and, in particular, for my partners.
