Six critical actions concern our motivation. They contain instructions that can be used directly in life. No one can be successful just by reading useful information. Lasting results can only be achieved through direct experience that brings about real change in us. This path begins with the right lifestyle and ends with the right concentration. Six important actions develop love in us that allows us to move through the personal. They constitute a liberating vision: a deep understanding that the one who sees, the visible and the act of seeing remain interdependent and form a whole. Subject, object and action are inseparable from each other.

The actions indicated in the article are liberating not because bad pictures in the mirror of our mind can be replaced with good ones. Beautiful reflections awaken confidence in us, which allows us to go beyond the dualistic understanding of good and evil, and also to recognize the very nature of the mirror - radiant, perfect and beautiful in everything that can manifest in it.

If we fill the mind with good impressions, it will bring us happiness. However, this joy will not go beyond the conditional. Only when our positive actions are accompanied by a vision of the unity of subject, object and action will we achieve timeless benefit.

First act: generosity Generosity leads to the fact that any situation becomes open to us. The world is naturally filled with spontaneous wealth. Even if the most wonderful music is played, the party will not take place if no one is dancing. If we don't share with others, nothing significant will happen in our lives. This is why generosity is so important. In ancient times, generosity could help others to survive. Then the most important thing was to provide everyone with sufficient food and material benefits. Today, in our free and not overpopulated part of the world, everything is different - hearts die from obesity more often than from hunger. People, having got rid of external problems, but not having learned to think clearly, create internal difficulties. As a result, most of them feel lonely and in danger. Freed from everyday worries, they began to complicate their inner life; therefore, few experience the joy that true freedom can provide. Therefore, in the West and in those parts of Asia where there is no shortage of material wealth, generosity is more about the emotional sphere. This means sharing with others our strength, joy and love impersonally, from a level from which one can no longer fall.

If we try to free the mind from any conditioning, good, all good that we can share with others becomes unlimited. Sharing your own potential with people, giving them warm feelings is the highest gift you can imagine. Moreover, among all the qualities of the mind, none penetrates so directly and comprehensively into the experience of others as energy full of joy.

We remember that making the most of everything that life gives us, and a little more than the usual amount of love for our partner, not only gives us strength here and now, but also brings us closer to endless prosperity.

As I mentioned, the greatest and only permanent wealth that can be bestowed on beings is a look at their unconditioned nature. What does it mean? How can you point out to others their innate excellence?

Many socially oriented people argue that such teachings are a luxury and that people need to be fed first. In reality, things are different: there is enough space for both forms of generosity. The better the minds of the people we help function, the easier it will be for them to calculate how many children they will be able to feed. As a result, we will receive a double benefit, and there will be less poverty in the world. The body will somehow disappear; the mind richer thanks to us will continue to exist.

Second action: a conscious, meaningful life for the benefit of others Since concepts such as "morality" or "ethics" are always abused, we will try to avoid them. In history, very often people were kept in constant fear precisely with the help of these words, making it clear that if the state does not overtake them in this life, then the church will do it after death.

The best definition of the second action is, most likely, "living consciously for the benefit of others." What does this mean? Is it possible for a businessman? How can you organize countless actions, words and thoughts in at least one day.

It is not difficult to understand what to avoid at the level of body, speech and mind. When people get into trouble with the police, it is usually because they have something to do with property damage - mostly murder, theft, and harmful sexual behavior. When people are lonely, this usually means that they had a habit of saying unpleasant things to others, that they deceived, wanting to hurt others, gossip, or put others in confusion with their words.

The opposite of these harmful actions are ten positive actions of body, speech and mind (information on this will be in the next article). Thanks to them, people become strong and useful to others, and the only result of this is happiness.

It is important to use the body as a tool to protect beings, a source of love and everything they need. If someone is good at connecting with others, it means that he has already developed this potential in himself earlier. The sooner we start, the better.

Thanks to modern means of communication, what we say quickly reaches many people. If we are in the habit of speaking calmly, and we receive clear information from others, we benefit very quickly. This requires being honest whenever possible, avoiding lies that hurt others. The best way to use the mind is to make good wishes, enjoy the good deeds of others, and think clearly. Through these actions, we achieve peace of mind, and in the future, when they become a habit, we will experience a lot of happiness. The mind is most important. Today we can think about something, tomorrow we will say it, and the day after tomorrow we will do it. Every moment, every "here and now" is important. If we learn to watch the mind, nothing can hold us back.

Action Three: Seek Out Opportunities for Happyness Out of Anger When spiritual and material wealth is accumulated through generosity, when we can consciously control our thoughts, words and actions, the third important thing we need is patience. It's about not wasting good energy that is already working for the good of others and our own. How can we lose her? Out of anger. Anger is the only luxury we cannot afford! Good impressions, capital of the mind and the only source of permanent happiness burn out in an instant in a fit of cold or hot anger. Avoiding anger is the finest piece of clothing to wear. There are many methods for developing patience. One of them is gaining experience in difficult situations, as in a series of separate events, to which we react as they manifest, without evaluating them. This "stroboscopic surveillance" is very effective in the event of a physical threat. It is also helpful to empathize with the one who creates the negative, knowing that it will return to him; awareness of the impermanence and conditional nature of each experience, understanding how confusing and unpleasant difficult people must be. Reacting without anger to what is happening will release all the timeless wisdom of our body, speech and mind, and then our development will be correct. We can also “let a thief into an empty house” by being aware of this feeling and not doing anything with it. If it visits us several times, and we do not feed it with energy, then it will begin to come less and less, until, in the end, it will stay away from us. One who can watch anger arise, play, and then disappear, will open a radiant state of mind, showing all phenomena with the clarity of a mirror. It is very wise to avoid anger as effectively as possible, and if it has already visited us, let it go quickly. The very decision to restrain anger and eliminate it at the moment of arising is the support of our "inner" growth. Feelings of anger always cause difficulty and are the cause of most of the suffering in the world, although strength itself can be useful for training and protection.

Fourth action: joyful energy for development The next liberating action is associated with the energy of total joy. Without it, our life will lack "acceleration", and over time we will only get older, but not wiser. We must be aware of this and feed the body, speech and mind with good impressions that will whet the appetite for the next achievements and joys.

While most people have a strong tendency to inertia, to maintain position, we can be distinguished by inner animation and openness. If we know that all beings are just waiting for someone to show them all their wealth; if we understand that the world is a free play of space - what could be more inspiring than being able to use this awareness.

Real development is always accompanied by great happiness, there is no place for stagnation. Here we abandon the attachment to inner comfort and learn to set small requirements for others and very large ones for ourselves.

Fifth act: meditation that gives meaning to our lives

The four previous points should be obvious to everyone. Anyone who seeks to give strength and meaning to his life must direct his attention and effort to others. This is most easily achieved through generosity at the level of body, speech and mind. The resulting potential must be skillfully managed through thoughts, words and actions, avoiding the anger that destroys all the good seeds we have sown. An energy full of joy will give us additional strength that will open up new dimensions of experience for us. So why do we still need meditation? It is necessary because we usually fail to maintain the joyous states of mind that we sometimes experience.

Unwanted emotions often lurk in dark corners of our consciousness and can cause us to think again, say and do something that no one will benefit from. The meditation of calming and maintaining habitual tendencies of the mind gives us the necessary distance so that we can choose our own role in the comedies and tragedies of life.

Sixth action: the wisdom of knowing the true nature of our mind The above five actions were mainly associated with a benevolent attitude towards the world around us, which fills the mind with good impressions that give us conditional happiness. By themselves, these teachings do not go further. Nevertheless, the sixth point makes these actions liberating, that is, "transferring to the other side."

We can say very briefly: the sixth paragraph talks about understanding that doing good is natural. Since the subject, object and action are parts of one whole, then what else can you do? Phenomena exist in mutual conditioning and share the same space, and neither in them, nor anywhere else can you find any "ego", "I" or "soul."Therefore, we understand that all beings desire happiness, and this, in turn, leads to the fact that we act with strength and endurance for their benefit.
