There are people in the world, and when you find yourself next to them, you immediately begin to relax. They are stable, monumental, solid and never seem to get overwhelmed. If you begin to find out their fate, it turns out that this is not an innate quality of calm, but, on the contrary, a very hectic life, from which the right lessons have been learned.

1. Ability to accept change.

Constant adaptation to a changing environment is key to survival. Natural selection is present in society as well as in nature. This means that the willingness to change, openness to everything new, the ability to discard old patterns are your best assistants. It is difficult to expect a new result by repeating the old steps.

2. Ability to say no.

First, it is important to get rid of the phrases “maybe”, “maybe”, “I'm not sure”. If you are ready for something, then a solid "yes" sounds. If you are not ready, then no. Any "maybe" should be able to internally translate into "yes" or "no" and only then voice it. Secondly, you need to learn to say “no” to yourself: “Even if I refuse many opportunities, but those that I choose - I use them to the end!”

3. The ability to choose friends.

… And at the same time, get rid of unpleasant people. Dealing with difficult people is exhausting. Almost everyone has the opportunity to choose with whom to work. If an unpleasant person is still present in business, then emotions should not influence decision-making.

4. The habit of getting enough sleep.

… And just keep fit. Alas, they often try to replace physiology with psychology. It can be difficult to be collected, focused and confident when something hurts. But if a physical illness is easy to notice, then a lack of vitamins, hormonal disorders or a lack of trace elements is almost impossible to diagnose yourself. Periodic testing is a good idea!

5. The ability to forgive.

They say that it is impossible to offend, you can only be offended. For forgiveness, you do not need to wait until someone apologizes to you, or to meet in person and sort things out. This is a purely internal process that relieves you of the unnecessary burden of heavy emotions.

6. Concentration.

Men and women concentrate in different ways. Tunneling attention is typical for men, and by directing the effort to one point, they are able to do more than being sprayed on several projects. A woman is characterized by peripheral attention. If she begins to concentrate on one thing, then she will inevitably fail. And the main thing is to concentrate energy only on what you are really able to control. If the situation does not depend on you, then there is no point in spending limited psychic energy on its control.

7. Ability to rejoice.

People often confuse humility and self-deprecation. If you have achieved something significant, it is not necessary to shout about it to the whole world. But to experience all the joy within yourself or to reward with something from the physical world is simply a must: a delicious dinner, a new gadget, an interesting trip or just a long-awaited walk in the forest. It is important not only to allow yourself joyful emotions, but also to reinforce them with real actions.

As a result: nothing supernatural, but a lot of work with oneself and on oneself. Make and yourself become the one or the one with whom people want to be around, just to relax.
