We cannot know what will happen tomorrow, no matter how much we convince ourselves of omnipotence, of rationalism, life always reserves the right to an unexpected turn of events. Why is that? Rather: "for what?" (we learn to put the question correctly) - in order to understand that we are part of an important and large plan, until some time incomprehensible, divine. And everything that happens to us makes sense, carries a specific task aimed at internal development and growth. Sometimes events, more often of a negative nature, correct our life, change the direction of movement. Later, making a chain of what happened, it dawns on us: "But what happened, definitely led to the best!"

Indicative is the parable of the old man who never rejoiced or was sad about everything. He was poor and lived with his son, once a beautiful, thoroughbred horse nailed to their yard. The neighbors offered to sell the horse and buy food with the money. But the old man refused, continuing to live in poverty, he and his son tried to feed the horse as well. Once, waking up in the morning, the old man discovered that he was missing, the neighbors began to reproach him for not selling the find, and now it was simply stolen, and there was no money or a horse. To which the old man replied: “I don’t know if this is a good or bad incident, I will not judge”. After some time, the horse returned, and even with a small foal, the neighbors were at a loss and decided that the old man was a sage! They rejoiced, but the old man was calm and continued to assert that he did not know what the event was, good or bad, and what it would lead to later. And he turned out to be right, joy turned into sadness, circling the young foal, his son fell and seriously injured his leg, to such an extent that he could not walk without crutches. The neighbors again noted the predictability of the sage's words. The old man was not sad that he had lost a full-fledged assistant, and only said: "Let's see what happens next, no one knows where this will lead." Very little time passed and a war broke out in the country, a general mobilization was announced. All the men and boys from the village were taken to fight. The battle was fierce, and no one returned home, and the old man's son not only survived, but also did not even go to the war due to its unsuitability. The neighbors were again amazed at the old man's wisdom, grieved for the dead and rejoiced for his son, to which the old man invariably replied: "I do not know where this will lead in the future, so I will neither rejoice nor grieve."

Is it possible to stay calm and not ride the roller coaster of happiness and grief? Perhaps - in Buddhism, for example, all events are perceived neutrally, and the surrounding reality is seen as a dream or an illusion. After all, watching a movie in a cinema, we do not take the events on the screen too seriously, we are in a state of non-reaction, and we do not transfer either sadness or joy from what we have seen into our lives.

There is one more tool - to learn awareness, the ability to be “here and now”, this is how Osho wrote about it: “You see a beautiful flower in the garden and say:“Beautiful rose”- you are no longer with this rose at this moment; memory. When there is a flower and you are, and both of you are present for each other, how can you think? What can you think? How is thinking possible? There is no place for it. The place is so narrow - in fact, there is no place at all - and you are with you cannot exist as a flower as two, because there is not enough space for two; only one can exist. That is why in deep presence you are a flower, and a flower has become you. When there is no thinking, who is the flower and who is the one who observes it? The boundaries are suddenly lost. Suddenly you have penetrated, penetrated into the flower, and the flower penetrated into you. Suddenly you are not two - there is one. If you start thinking, you are two again. If you don’t think, where is this duality? When you exist with a flower, without thinking, this dialogue is not a dualogue, but a dialogue … When you are in the present, without thinking, you first become spiritual. A new dimension is opening - the dimension of AWARENESS.

Every day brings us new information, new thoughts and contradictions, it is very cool to see valuable experience in all manifestations of life. Nothing happens to us by chance, all events, people, are attracted by us. Buddhists call it the law of karma or, more simply, "what you sow, you reap." How do we attract to ourselves the possibility of obtaining the necessary, specifically ours, experience? It's very simple - we are tuned in to a certain wave of perception. If we blame ourselves and others too often, for example, we will constantly pay for that blame. If we are annoyed by something in people, it means that this is what irritates us in ourselves, and we certainly want to get rid of this, we are fighting. However, struggle means confrontation, tension and filling the mind with unnecessary, destructive thoughts, so it is better to realize and accept everything as it is, and not to knock uselessly with your fists on a blank wall.

There is no need to stumble over failure, and there is no need to resist situations. If suddenly something unpleasant happens, and we are not able to influence it - it is worth letting go, everything will work out without our participation, for Space knows how to arrange everything in the best way. Subsequently, we will be surprised and amazed at his ingenuity, not to mention the saved strength and strong nerves. Of course, this does not mean that we should always rely only on the Divine will and go with the flow, at some turning points we should make efforts, and sometimes even correct or completely change the route of travel.

And yet, what should leave our life will certainly leave, whether we want it or not, so don't be upset, the vacant place will be filled with the best for us. Any meeting with anyone is not accidental, each person who has entered our life for a minute or for years has a certain task, be it informational or active. Buddhists believe that people who influence our destiny met with us in previous incarnations, and if we continue to have relations with these people in this incarnation, it means that the experience is not finalized and needs to be corrected or corrected. There are several stages of the paired egregor, from primitive everyday relations, to the implementation of the assigned serious mission. What is the level of connection - can be determined by the level of awareness of the couple, in any case, she will have to work together. Therefore, you need to be attentive to every person who comes into our life, not to deny yourself the opportunity to work through karma, and maybe in this way untie some old karmic knot. Looking at your life from the point of view of study and experience, no matter what happens, everything is accepted, not rejected. Even negative events promise the opening of new facets of our Essence.
