… How difficult it seems when it is not.

And how we are fascinated by the people who have it …"

What does it mean to be equal to yourself?

Here, tell me, I am. Am I not equal to myself?

Everything is not so simple here. A person has an image of himself - this is his gift and this is his curse. A person can sacredly believe in what he is, by this idea of himself. But when others see him differently, he will be very upset. The further this image of yourself is from reality, the more a person needs to make efforts to prove the opposite.

That is, his personal strength is spent on pleasing and being interesting. The more he tries to impress, the further away he is from his real self. This means that the effect will be completely opposite. Such a person “grows smaller” in our eyes and it becomes more and more difficult for him to keep our attention, or he, “being small”, can cause us sympathy, but certainly not admiration.

And if he is not natural in his image of himself, but continues to try, by all means, to prove the opposite to us, insists in every possible way on his strength and / or exclusivity, we still register (feel) his falsity, and therefore ineffectiveness and in this. If he is used to lying to himself for a long time, he himself may not see his falsity, his discrepancy between the desired and the actual.

But, if a person, for example, “repented” in the way he is, in his inner truth.

For example: "I'm on stage now and I'm worried …", "I'm lost and can't find the words …", or in personal: "I'm afraid to lose you …", "I am hurt / scared / lonely …", "I don't understand …", then we would have immediately switched on from such honesty.

We would have a sincere interest, because at the moment of admitting our inner truth, a person finally really appears. He becomes equal to himself and we notice him. He, recognizing what is inside, becomes authentic.

The main thing is to recognize in this art "how it is" (how things really are). After the recognition of "what it is", then "what was" qualitatively moves from a dead center. As soon as we admit it - it, what we admitted, changes! This is the secret of life! Finally, the stagnation disappears, and a state of the flow of living life arises. There is a lot of energy in this.

When we more and more open our inner truth about ourselves - we are energetic and really develop. Discoveries about ourselves, no matter how wonderful or, on the contrary, impartial they turn out to be, they give us a state of "eureka!", And this is a lot of power.

When, however, efforts are made to “seem” and not to “be,” we steal from ourselves. If we expend energy on "appearing" without accepting what is, the body begins to ache. We do not validate ourselves, and this is the path to energy loss.

Acceptance of oneself by anyone is the way to gain energy. But a person is confused by the fact that in today's evaluative world, there are "idols", and this is what is massively recognized as popular and fashionable: success, fun, beauty. A modern man is inclined to believe not himself, but what is promoted as values, and not having enough of them, he tries to play it.

When you have the courage to show your authenticity, it will look like the power of charisma. Even if the “picture” is not perfect, we will still like it. But, not understanding why they like the "picture" and what is its secret, many who perceive a charismatic person may try to "repeat the technique" in order to also look better.

But, but alas, it won't work. By imitating other people's external manifestations, we do not become ourselves anymore. Someone else's reception is not yours, but his truth - his authenticity, not yours. Being equal to yourself is the secret of strength and charisma.

For example, imagine: a cat is not trying to prove to you that she is a cat, her personal strength goes to live, and not to appear as a cat. Seems better than it already is. Therefore, we believe her. We are always very moved and fascinated by the “charisma” of the wild.

The secret of this lies in the authenticity of the broadcast. Broadcasts of what's outside and what's inside. A cat, like a tree, like any object of nature, is equal to itself. The cat does not think "its own image of itself", it feels itself. From this feeling of herself, she lives herself, entirely and by herself. To live yourself, and not an image of yourself - this is the secret of magnetism, charisma and personal strength.

Therefore, no matter how great a speaker you are, if a cat runs out on stage or a bird flies through the window, or even a human cub of tender age comes out, you will not be able to compete with them. They are total in what they are.

But when we see that an adult can be so non-judgmental to himself (or rather, non-judgmental to his manifestations), so natural, then we admire his carelessness and naturalness.

Lack of concern "not to lose face" and self-control, which dominates most people, creates a field of lightness and naturalness. And the pauses next to such a person are really pauses, they are clean of evaluative thoughts and empty. In this emptiness provided to us, such a person gives a place in which we can finally hear ourselves …

Next to such a natural person who does not rape himself, we feel that we can relax more and allow ourselves to be more ourselves (unless, of course, we start trying to please him).

A person equal to himself - himself "does not build", does not condemn. And, therefore, we will not: evaluate, rank, edit and redo. This is so precious! The field of acceptance, in this evaluative world of consumers, is now in great scarcity.

People generally accept each other only on conditions. They also accept themselves conditionally. On the condition of conformity to your image of yourself, from everything that the image sticks out for it. Deny, from those who point out inconsistencies with their ideas about themselves. They are withdrawn, and this is a dead-end path leading to the loss of contacts, opportunities, energy, fatigue and apathy.

With people who are able to be equal to oneself, one can be on the outside who we are on the inside, comprehend our true nature, develop and create

We miss our present and appreciate those who bring us back to us.

This is how the state of the house arises, the state of kindredness of souls.
