Seventh task. Good dreams. To prevent funnels from forming in your head, manage this energy yourself. If there is no way to release it through the body, direct your thoughts like a trickle. Dream, create goals from dreams. Write stories, articles, notes, blog. Or maybe you can speak cool - make interesting videos. Draw, sculpt, embroider, knit, compose. Create! Transform your thoughts and emotions into something that you can touch with your hands and show to another person. Share your energy with children, close, distant - with whom you want! It is a powerful creative force that has gotten a little lost. And you can let it stagnate and become a swamp, or you can create rivers and seas out of this. Also give your mind enough food from the outside - read, learn new things, always a little more difficult and deeper. Your mind will be glad to be loaded.
