So, I heard about the resonance for the first time in school at a physics lesson. We were told that in St. Petersburg in 1905, the Egyptian Bridge collapsed when a squadron of Guards cavalry passed through it. And the bridge collapsed on the ice of the Fontanka. And in 1940 - the Tacoma Bridge collapsed in the United States.

We were explained that when the natural frequency of oscillations of the system (bridge) and the frequency of external oscillations (strikes of the soldiers' legs) coincide, the amplitude of oscillations of the system increases - this is a resonance.

That is, walking with a marching step can create a vibration frequency close to the natural vibration frequency of the bridge, then it can collapse. To prevent such damage, there is a rule that forces the formation of soldiers to knock down a step when passing bridges.

The second experiment in physics was as follows: a glass was affected by a sound of a certain frequency, which entered into resonance with the natural frequency of the glass and, as a result, the glass broke.

At resonance, the amplitude of natural vibrations increases, which leads to the destruction of any object, for example: if you shout loudly into a very thin glass and when the frequency of your sound vibration coincides with the natural frequency of the glass, the vibration amplitude will increase dramatically and the glass will collapse!

Definition: Resonance is the phenomenon of coincidence of the frequency of an external force with the natural frequency of the system! That is, an external influence simply increases the vibration frequency of its own system.

The increase in amplitude is only a consequence of resonance, and the reason is the coincidence of the external (exciting) frequency with some other frequency.

As a result of resonance at a certain frequency of the driving force, the oscillatory system turns out to be especially responsive to the action of this force. Even very weak periodic oscillations can be amplified with the help of resonance.

Optimally for entering into resonance with another person, it is recommended to drink alcohol! Then you will be on the same wavelength with him and are especially susceptible to other people's influence and more receptive. You will find his speeches especially in tune with your convictions. But attention! Always think with whom to drink alcohol! Indeed, during resonance, a person can "drain" his negative energy to you. Thus, to transfer your psyche to a negative vibration frequency.

The term emotional resonance was introduced after a scientific experiment conducted at the Anokhin Institute. Two rats - relatives (mother and son) were placed in the laboratories of different buildings of the institute. The experimental animals could neither see, hear, nor touch each other. When the rat-son was hurt with an electric current, the rat-mother, which was in another room, began to have an increased heartbeat.

This proves that communication occurs at the level of electromagnetic waves. And a person who has not communicated with another person for a long time (unrequited love) can still hang on him.

Likewise, the health of a mother, both physical and mental, affects the success of her son. With the age of a man, the mother of the child is replaced by a loving wife. This is why it is said that behind every successful man is a woman who loves him. That is, a woman, with her faith in her chosen one, enhances his resonance, gives him confidence, motivates and inspires.

Mostly women support successful men and resonate with them with joy! They just amplify its resonance. And in the same way, on the contrary, if something does not go well, then it is better for her not to know about it. Instead of inspiration, you can get oppression, although of course there are exceptions to the rule.

The mother of the child will definitely not betray! It depends on what role a woman is in relation to a man, mother or child. When a woman loves, she gives up her creative energy. And if a man is not stupid, he will be able to materialize it into useful things in everyday life! And when a woman uses a man, he will also notice this in the external manifestations of the quality of life and in his own well-being! Everything will decline!

Any interaction of people occurs in the direction of resonance or in the direction of dissonance. During communication, you either feel a surge of strength (the amplitude of your vibrations increases), or your waves are extinguished, and you feel a breakdown.

It is the same with the human psyche. When there is no discord between soul and mind, then you are in resonance. That is, in harmony. And in a neurotic, the soul and mind are in conflict - therefore, his psyche is in dissonance. And you yourself understand what quality of life awaits him.

The task of the psychologist is to translate the human psyche to a positive vibration frequency. Tune the strings of a person's soul so that they sound in unison. Bakhtin called this "Polyphonicity of Consciousness". Even a good musician will not play music on an out of tune instrument. Only when your psyche is polyphonic, all instruments, as in an orchestra, complement each other, your life will be like a song!

And then you are a tuning fork, and all others will adjust to you, thereby increasing your own resonance! This is Emotional Leadership!

Also, one of the tasks of a psychologist is to change the client's attitude to the problem! Since thoughts are not material, but a person realizes his attitude to the situation. That is, what importance a person attaches to a given situation, such will be his further reaction.

There are two options: you either enter into someone else's resonance or impose your own. You can, of course, enter a stranger if it is more favorable. For example: A woman is smarter and more successful than a man. But since mostly women are focused on men who are superior to them, then you will have to set the tone yourself.

“Emotional resonance is emotional arousal caused by signals of emotional arousal from another individual. In the case of a negative reaction of the “victim”, the “observer” also experiences negative emotions and strives to break the connection with him. Therefore, radiate only positive emotions!

If you are struggling with something, you only intensify the effect of this influence. You need to swim out of the whirlpool with the flow! Like complaining? Please, but remember, you are thereby transferring your psyche to another frequency of the electromagnetic field! But think, do you need it ?!

One final example: the Tarantino director principle! If you want to achieve something in a certain professional field, then you need to enter this system and no matter who! Tarantino started out selling movie tickets.
