When a crisis occurs in life or in a relationship, an energetically strong person understands that in such a turbulent and difficult time, there is no need to rely except on himself. Even large companies are reducing the number of their employees and learning to work not at the expense of the number of employees, but by concentrating as much as possible on the quality and efficiency of everyone's work. A person with a vision also understands this very well and does not wait for external conditions. Most of us need external coercion; no one voluntarily wants to become effective.
Efficiency and energy
For some reason, some in difficult periods of life begin to work, develop, look for reasons and increase their efficiency, thereby raising their energy, and, accordingly, efficiency.
Others go into sleep mode, saving mode. They begin to save everything: money, feelings, energy. In such a situation, a person ceases to strive for anything. He found an iron excuse, they say, "I still have such a period in my life, you know," and he begins to live half-heartedly, with minimal stress for himself and without a lack of vision. So, in a downward spiral. For such people, there is no problem of motivation and achievement. Their main concern is to survive, to ensure the maximum safety of their location. Change is the worst thing that can happen in life. As a consequence: a drop in energy and efficiency.
But your efficiency and energy are two communicating vessels, the more one quality, the more the other becomes. Effectiveness is equal to the quotient of our actions against our resistance that we experience in relation to these actions. If the resistance level is high, then the actions will be zero. This means there will be inaction. So we came to the conclusion that you need to consciously and persistently break your resistance, increase resistance, i.e. act. And then, actions increase energy, and energy increases our efficiency.
The decision naturally comes to mind about the need to break your limitations and launch a mode of action in yourself, despite fears. Get out of sleep mode, rub your eyes and decide that our reality is the result of our action or inaction.
So the time has come to act. A year from now, we will regret very much that we did not start today.
So how do you deal with resistance and fear?
1. Paradoxical method
Consciously arouse your fear and inner resistance in yourself, increase it to the point of absurdity, feel it as strongly as possible and … the fear begins to diminish and gradually goes away. In our head, there are often not real versions of the expected future, but our script programming ourselves for failure or past bad experiences. As a result, we are afraid of our own projections and expectations of the worst development of the situation. Do not resist the subconscious, let it play enough with terrible pictures of your expectations and it will immediately, like a little child, calm down and even fall asleep.
For example: you are afraid to speak in public. Imagine your worst performance, your failure and the whistle of the audience. Vividly associate with the moment, relive it. After all, it is precisely to live it in real life that you are most afraid of. So at least feel what you are afraid of and gradually it will become ridiculous from the absurdity of such a scenario. Even with the saddest options, you are unlikely to cause such a reaction from the public.
2. Make a mistake
It's amazing how much many of us are afraid of making a mistake. No matter how many great companies are launched if their founders succumbed to this insidious feeling of fear and stopped.
Remember the story of the great Edison and his attitude to mistakes and failures. To get excellent results, you need to double the number of errors. Listen to yourself when you're scared. You say to yourself: "What if it doesn't work out?"Now cross out the "not" part of this statement. Think in terms of success, not failure.
If it rains in your life, focus on the flowers that will bloom thanks to this rain.

3. Do what you fear
Make it a rule to do what you fear. It's scary to write an article - write them more and more often. On this occasion, the people say: "The eyes are afraid, but the hands are doing." Take risks.
According to research carried out in America, most elderly people give the first place to regret about missed opportunities, about the fact that they did not take risks, were afraid, decided to stay safe and did not act.
4. Free yourself from external judgments
A very common type of resistance to change. We think about what others think of us. And what will they think, what will they say, how will they react? On this occasion, I like the saying: "To avoid criticism, do nothing, say nothing and be nothing."
Get rid of the psychology of the slave, you are out of judgment. In this life, only God and yourself can judge you.
5. Become perfect
Of course, I mean not being the perfect ideal. Believing this is possible is a direct path to stress and complexes. It's about improving and developing from day to day. Thousands of hours of work and training separate the craftsman from the layman.
In fact, what are we most afraid of? What we do not know, we do not know how. So, it's time to improve your knowledge and skills. Learn to get out of your comfort zone, develop - this annoys many. Do not compare yourself with anyone, but only with yourself yesterday. It is a great pleasure to be aware of your growth and development. After all, everything that does not develop and does not grow - dies.
In conclusion, I want to say that only changes are permanent in life. And the sooner we understand this, the calmer and easier we will respond to them. This means we will become more efficient and energetic in times of change.

Kill The ELK In Yourself Or How To Change Your Thinking To Change Your Life
I usually write informative and analytical articles, but today I want to share my thoughts and invite you to discuss. Over the course of this year, I have seen thousands of articles in the “Don't complain, thank you!” Style. And to be honest, I feel a lot of anger about it.
Overcoming Feelings Of Fear
Probably, there is no such person who in his life would not be afraid of anything. Fear is an emotion that guards our safety. It allows you to see a potentially dangerous situation and either avoid it or prepare for it. And, along with this, fear can go beyond its protective function and begin to bring trouble to a person.
Organizational Change Based On Arnold Beisser's Paradoxical Theory Of Change
To begin with, it is important to say a few words about A. Beisser's theory of change. In the original language, it reads as follows: change occurs when someone becomes who he is, but not when he tries to become who he is not … Change does not occur as a result of forced attempts by an individual to change or another person to change him, it occurs if the individual spends time and effort to be who he is - i.
How Easy Is It To Change And Change?
Each psychologist has some "own" topic that arouses the greatest interest in him. For me, for example, this is development, movement forward, changes. Recently, I have been drawing particular inspiration in this direction from myths, analytical psychologists and, of course, my clients.
Illusion In Therapy: "I Will Change And The World Will Change"
Somewhere in the therapy came the myth that if I “work out” and change, then the whole world around me will change and everything in my life will automatically become good by itself. There is some truth in this, but things are not quite what many people think.
