P. S. A fragment from my new book about the Psychosomatics of the genus 👨👩👦
The reality in which a person arrives can sometimes be much more painful than the disease itself. But we deliberately insist that any disease must be cured. The process of treatment itself is already perceived as something that will impose restrictions on the disease itself and enhance the influence of reality or the environment.
That is, before starting treatment, but having already thought about it, an internal conflict has already formed in the subconscious of the individual, and the pain can intensify.
To avoid this, the person begins to cling to the supports that were created by the generic system (for example, I have no money, or it would be better to go to my grandmother). The person begins to look for ways that are obviously not successful, but relieve the stress associated with the need for treatment (here's an example of why grandmothers are supported in the family with urine or other folk remedies).
If the person still strives for treatment, relying on subconscious processes, we can see the development of additional symptoms, fantasies of death, it is impossible to enjoy life (which is why in therapy with psychosomatic clients the sompt is aggravated with successful work).
The faster you can get over it with your clients, the faster you will get results from the therapy (but again, we are not rushing the client, but simply explaining what is happening).
This moment can be well observed in children, when in reality the child cannot get what he wants, he comes up with activities (in a constructive version) or illness (in a destructive version). It's like taking a pacifier from a child and he begins to suck his finger, looking for something to replace the loss, just as in illness, a person is looking for something to replace the lost state and can create fantasies about death in his thoughts and look for their confirmation from outside.
Do you think the book will be interesting?) 🤔 Write your impressions of what you read under the post 😘

Why Is Illness Needed
Disease is one of the ways to get what you cannot get without illness. Some psychotherapists believe that almost all diseases are fundamentally psychological. But classical medicine officially recognizes seven diseases in which the psychosomatic factor is the leading one.

Why Am I Unlucky In My Life? Why Why
For many years throughout life, people ask themselves questions: Why do I want to be rich, and all my life I do nothing but make ends meet; Why can't I meet a worthy life partner; Why all the men I come across are weaklings, losers, womanizers or gigolos;
THE BODY PROCESS IN HEALING INJURY
Healing trauma requires direct contact with a living, feeling and knowing organism P. Levin Bodywork is an important and integral part of the therapy for people who have experienced a traumatic situation. Focusing on the bodily process is especially important for victims of sexual and physical abuse, whose trauma and pain were predominantly physical.
Why They Leave (Reflections On The Group Process)
I will try to share my thoughts on this here: I'll start with myself. With the personality of the group leader. For me, my own stability, awareness and openness are very important. The opportunity to be in the so-called (well described by Perz in "
