How to orient yourself towards achieving certain life milestones - to choose the optimal direction and stay in the ranks?

Today we worked with a client according to the following scheme. I will describe it - it will be useful to many.

We worked in two stages. I'll tell you in order …

Stage I. Manifestation of the space of desirable achievements in the format of an imaginary meeting with oneself from a possible happy future

To do this, we will conduct a useful, working exercise.

I will describe it to the readers, and below I will leave a video (according to which - under the instructions of a psychologist - you can do the practice).

1. First, let us relax. Let's close our eyes. And take a deep, deep breath.

2. Imagine yourself on the shore of a magical, beautiful sea.

3. You are walking along the coast. Admire the beauty. And you feel the harmony of a particular place.

4. Continuing your walk, you suddenly notice a traveler walking in your direction.

5. Having approached each other, you recognize yourself from the best possible future in the one who has approached.

6. He, in turn, also recognizes you (as himself from his past).

7. You have something to say to each other. Say hello and stop for a short chat.

8. First of all, take a close look at your double. Pay attention to what makes you different. Note the differences found.

9. Now ask the interlocutor, what led him to the desired milestones? And what will he advise you in this regard? Try to remember everything you hear now.

10. Swap places. Become each other for a minute. Listen to opposing positions, fill yourself with valuable additional information.

11. Take in each other, securing the executed version.

12. Return to your own positions. Listen to the current content.

13. Thank the person you are talking to and say goodbye to him warmly.

14. Turn back to the starting point (from which you started your practice) and slowly return to your current one.

15. Record the acquired information. Try to keep the vector found in the assignment. Move in the direction you received.

Stage II. Consolidation of the vector of desirable achievements in a special, magical Plan

In order to formalize the newly acquired understanding of the best paths to cherished and desirable goals, we will perform one more practice.

I will tell it in text, and later I will show it in the video.

1. Sit back, think back to a recent meeting, and try to write yourself a truly special letter - on behalf of a future self who has already reached dreamy frontiers.

2. Remember everything that the interlocutor said to you from the previous exercise and fix his words in a special, magical Plan.

3. Carefully think over the structure of your Plan, build the necessary logic, form positions, unite with a single line.

4. Sign the letter with your name from the anticipated, cherished future, leaving a motivating message goodbye. For instance…

"With faith in you, the present, I am from the future!"

5. Put the letter in an envelope and return to what you wrote regularly to stick to your Plan and support yourself again.
