- Why, climbing onto the table, and jumping off it, you can move to an alternate reality?

- Violating prohibitions, you say. After all, they work or eat at the table, it is useless to kick on it …

- Including, but not only this. You can move to an alternate reality not in a barbaric way, but by jumping off a stool. Or, without jumping anywhere, to step over the imaginary line separating the ordinary from the other reality. Or even doing nothing externally, shouting joyfully, "I am the queen of butterscotch!" And voila: You are already there! And there only your new rules are in effect, in which you improvise as much as you want.

Today I talked with TV correspondent Natalya Chudinova, who was interested in why so many people still perform stupid and funny rituals of Simoron, and many manage to "cheat". (Based on the results of this conversation, watch a short clip on RTS in the "Morning of Khakassia" program on September 25.

There is a direction "Simoron", as the mastery of self-adjustment, reincarnation and destruction of stereotyped thinking. It is based on the involvement of the imagination and a positive outlook. Although I am not a supporter of positive trends in psychology, which suggest seeing everything exclusively in a positive way, the Simoron unscientific techniques, which are considered esoteric, for me, are just justified and permeated through and through with a socio-psychological filling. If you disassemble the mechanism of these techniques, there is nothing unscientific and esoteric in them. (For example, everyone has a ritual value zone - this is one of the eight key loci of the value-need sphere of the individual. At the archetypal level, we adopt the need to perform rituals, and at the social level we support it. Social requests change, the form of rituals changes, and the content is almost always remains the same). I am not only a practical psychologist, as a research scientist, working on a dissertation, on the creation of grant projects, I went through a certain school, and I can distinguish a method from a charlatan act. There is a concept in Simoron, the problem of the authors is that it is too abstract, crumbles like sand through your fingers, and the technology is completely disclosed in scientific language. Yes, Simoron is not a science, it is neither psychology, nor psychotherapy. Books on Simoron often fall under the heading "Popular Psychology", which speaks for itself. This is a practice, a mixture of psychological techniques, and from this it never ceases to work. I do not urge to engage in psychological self-medication, and from all diseases "to be treated" by Simoron. I propose to play, take out, finally, ventilate your Inner Child (one of our three ego states, according to E. Berne's Transactional Analysis).

- Well, there is no esotericism in walking the iron on the first snow, inventing your own mantras and throwing the red color of your underwear on the lampshade, but solid science? - my interlocutor is indignant.

- Yes, a total calculation. The expectation that a new and unusual, perhaps absurd ritual from heels to top of the head, will launch a Reboot in us, remove for a while the old filter system, in which there are so many "must", "it should be", "should", look back " what people will think”and the voices of the“Logic of Things”. All this in one word can be combined into a stereotyped thinking that is unable to go beyond self-restraint.

- Is there any real benefit from these tomfoolery?

- For an adequate, mentally healthy person, Simoron's techniques can be useful. After all, it is never too late to go beyond the stereotypes, attitudes and prejudices that play a limiting role for our intuition and imagination. All this happens in a very light, playful form, defuses the atmosphere and charges for a positive result. Using Simoron terminology, magic happens in a state of soaring, when we have fun, joyfulness, ranging from a pleasant feeling of opportunity to euphoria. A beginner Simoron can perform several ready-made, described rituals, and an advanced one is daily able to invent and implement their own. The virtue of Simoron's techniques is freedom and creativity. Simoron works not only in the direction of fulfilling desires, but also in solving problems. Sometimes Renaming is enough - when we look at the problem from a completely non-standard, sometimes absurd point of view, and reformulate it. This changes our attitude to the situation, it ceases to go off scale in terms of the level of stress, and we are already able to see real resources for getting out of the situation. Now, as a practical psychologist, I say this, but the Simoronyan would have finished it differently: "… and the Universe is leading us along the shortest path to solving the problem, or even eliminating it itself!"

- Is there a danger from these techniques?

- Any medal has two sides, and there is also an edge:) I don't see any risks for healthy and adequate people, they will not play magic to such an extent that they will stop taking specific steps on the way to goals, all absorbed by the Simoron rituals. On the contrary, Simoron's playfulness will only reveal their creativity, potential, that is, help to realize themselves. Naturally, for people with a dependent personality type, there is a risk of getting stuck on a shift in focus from goals to the magic process. For people with diathesis addiction (predisposed to get stuck, satisfy needs in a roundabout way, etc.), not only Simoron will be a sect, but anything. And there are enough pseudopsychologists with training in personal growth, including, according to Simoron. In such cases, I always suggest that you first navigate the sea of information, and then make up your own opinion, and, moreover, refer large sums somewhere in exchange for "magic".

I would call Simoron a simulator of imagination and fantasy, as well as divergent thinking, and all this helps to be flexible and not “put all your eggs in one basket” of algorithms and logic in general.

- So Simoron suits everyone?

- Not really. Although it relies on our inner ego-state of the Child, even though each of us went through the stage of a mythical child's consciousness, believing in miracles, in some people the consciousness and its attics are so crammed with dogmatism, skepticism and other "isms" that improvisations cannot get through. This means that this is not the time for people with certain mental schemes. I do not know people who, being open to new experience, got acquainted with the techniques of Simoron, and, at least, did not receive a lot of pleasure and a positive charge. After all, we are happy when we play and create.

In conclusion, I will cite quotes from great artists that I love.

“Everything you can imagine is real.” Pablo Picasso.

There is also a variation: "What you could imagine, you can create."

Simoron's techniques serve to return the authorship of Life to ourselves, to those who for some reason have forgotten that the external is a reflection of the internal, to those who want to bring bright colors into life and do not know where to start, and for this they are for me like it. And you?
