Today I go outside and am glad that the trees are very beautifully covered with snow. I admire looking at them. For me, these trees are powdered, or frosty, as if I find myself in a fairy tale. And now miracles will begin to happen. Frost will appear from behind the trees with his staff. And he will ask: “Are you warm, girl? Is it warm for you, red? " And Nastenka is walking somewhere, saying: “It's warm, Morozushko! Warmth, father. " And some birdies will talk on twigs, like from the cartoon "New Year's Tale". In general, such powdered trees give me an anticipation of something pleasant and magical.
- What else makes me happy and happy? - I think.
In general, I love everything related to nature. I love it when it snows. I especially like to look at the falling snowflakes in the light of the lanterns.
I remember at the age of 13 I even wrote a poem:
“I walk slowly, Dusk in the yard.
And the snowflakes sparkle
In the light of the lanterns.
The city is like a fairy tale
Someone turned it.
Powdered with snow, I covered it with frost.
Birches whisper
Under the cover of darkness.
Let's stand a little
Let's keep quiet in silence."
In my opinion, a good rhyme turned out for a 13-year-old girl)))
I still like it)))
I love to listen to the wind playing with foliage in the summer. How the foliage rustles. When I hear this, I feel a kind of peace.
In the spring I like to listen to drops and admire the first grass and delicate flowers of my mother-and-stepmother. It gives me joy and anticipation of the gradual awakening of nature after winter.
In autumn I like to walk on fallen leaves and listen to their rustling. And admire the golden and crimson foliage. And watch the leaves fly off the trees.
I also love to admire the sky. Different. With clouds. The sky is especially beautiful at sunset.
I love to look at the river. When I’m by the river, it’s a special pleasure for me.
It seems to me that in one text it is impossible to contain everything that I enjoy observing nature.
I like to drive across the river and see lantern lights reflected in the river.
I remember when I was in St. Petersburg, I went on a night walk along the canals on a motor ship with a saxophone. And when we drove along the canals, it was, of course, beautiful.
But when our ship went to the Neva, a magnificent sight appeared to my eyes. Everywhere you looked, there were lights everywhere, which were reflected in a scattering in the water. It was a fantastic and amazing experience for me. The spirit was breathtaking with delight.
And of course, music is a source of joy and pleasure for me.
There, a saxophone was playing on the boat. And it felt so harmonious. And I got incredible pleasure from all this.
I like to listen to music. And I like different kinds of music. There are favorite performers. There are just songs and melodies that I really like. You can sing along to the music, you can dance)))
Another thing that brings me joy and pleasure is drawing.
I loved to draw since childhood. I remember drawing in a notebook in class.
When I paint, I just enjoy the fact that I draw lines with a brush or pencil. I like the drawing process itself.
It also gives me joy and pleasure to communicate with people close to me. When I can hear the other person. And to be heard by others.
I love to hug with a cat. He comes to my lap, and I hug him, and he purrs. And at this moment I think that any living soul needs affection and love. I am overwhelmed with tenderness at such moments.
I generally like hugging. Of course, with loved ones and loved ones, this is a special pleasure.
I once heard that there are clubs in America where people gather to hug. I would go to such a club)))
And this is what I noticed while writing about everything that brings me pleasure.
With all this, I feel love. Love for the world, for nature, for people.
This is my inner state. It becomes so full.
That I want to share it with others.
And now, remembering all this, I feel how I am simply overwhelmed with love, warmth and tenderness for everything.
And to you, my readers)))
And what gives you joy and pleasure?
Do you have moments when you feel it?

The More Pleasure There Is In Life, The Less Pleasure There Is In Life. What Is The Paradox?
Have you noticed how much time in life you devote to certain pleasures? Among all the types of pleasures of our time, we can list the following, into which we literally fall through and do not notice how much of our time they take - watching TV, TV programs, news, hanging on Facebook, VK, non-stop reading on the Internet, TV series and watching them or on TV.
Fear Of Slipping. Pleasure And Fear. Analysis Of One Job
Client request. Alena, help me deal with fear! Next week we are going with my spouse to a ski resort, everything seems to be wonderful - rest, romance, beauty, but I know in advance: I will be afraid again, overcoming a desperate, terrible fear of risky descents, although this is not the first time I accompany my husband on trips … In general, I am good at snowboarding, but I ride with pretense, always admitting something amiss … Is there any special reason behind this fear?
Physicality And Pleasure
So often we, ordinary modern people, when speaking of sexual pleasure, mean genital pleasure, and so rarely pay attention to the pleasure obtained from ordinary daily activities. The pleasure of a warm shower, for example, when jets of such pleasant water hit the skin and, caressing, stimulate it.
Food, Pleasure, And Sexuality
When working with clients, I have noticed that sexuality and eating behavior have an important similarity at their core - getting pleasure. The therapeutic value is not only the choice of the product (which is undoubtedly important), but also the very attitude to food and its use.
