What's this?

Many believe that the concept. Although it is always doubtful when words and concepts are clothed with something more … So often there are Teachings. This is how worship arises. This is how entire schools and communities emerge. Teachers and Students. And all this is just a part, just a substitute.

And everything that I will put into words here, in this article, is also not Truth …

Reflections … which you can share, which you can refute and which you can join and continue …

So.

Patterning, to simplify it very much, there is the identification of the Game that we play, those basic, generative polarities around which our life takes place and revolves. The dynamics in which we are included. And this is the kind of game we often don’t choose the rules for. And sometimes it seems that we are hostages of this run between the two polarities. Like hamsters in a circle … Again and again …

And when we, at a minimum, identify and acknowledge our polarities, we accept all of our The game and put it all in Awareness Field, then in an incredible way, changes are already starting to happen …

Why? This is a separate topic. I'll probably come back to it after a while … in another article. Or you can co-create your Life yourself, and on Transformational Coaching Program learn more about patterning, identify and become aware of your Game and bring your Life to a qualitatively new level.

After all, being aware of everything that is happening to us and around us, we can notice how polarities already become not opposites, but complementary structures - compliments. And the more we illuminate and become aware of what is happening in our life, the better we can continue to monitor the changes taking place in our life. And there is no longer good and bad, emptiness and fullness, external and internal, there is something more that combines all this.

What is Advaita? Advaita means non-duality, that is, not two. After all, any duality is illusory. It exists, but it exists only in our thoughts, our map of the world, and which is true only at a given moment in time. It is not real in comparison with our original nature, inherently non-dual, which is always the same …

There is One, which manifests itself as a multitude of things. And since the set is always changeable and passing, we can say that it is not real - in comparison with its Nature, Source, Sourcewhich is always unchanging.

All that you find as duality is mind games. And any duality is empty by its nature. All movements to desire by different roads and paths are empty. All advances through calculation and strategy are inherently empty. Possession is empty. If this does not affect or reflect your Nature in any way. Emptiness tries to fill itself with emptiness, clothed in the illusion of separation and other, no less wonderful illusions.

Life is a single system, a one-piece mechanism, all parts of which are closely interconnected with each other. And interdependent. Yes, all parts are different, but they are not autonomous or separate.

The biggest human illusion is the illusion of autonomous existence, individuality, which manifests itself in the feeling of free will or freedom of choice (“I control my life,” “the choice depends only on me”), and entails other illusions …

And all this action begins so innocently: "I am … and …, and as if I am not … and …". In fact, it is about “I and not me”, or even sometimes about “I am not me”. And this separation is illusory, just like all the other polarities of the manifested world. There are no opposites, this is all - a single system.

It is like the functioning of our body. No part of it and no body is autonomous or independent. They are all interconnected. Every organ is important and needed. There is no autonomy and freedom of choice for any of the bodies. Each has a specific function. And that is why the whole body works quite harmoniously and harmoniously.

Studies have been conducted more than once that when a seemingly unimportant and unnecessary appendicitis is removed, the entire body system begins to rebuild and neighboring organs suffer, because they take on other people's functions.

Now think … What would happen if each of our organs did what they wanted? Depending on today's mood? Context? States?

And also, if we draw an analogy with our society, with our world … If each person were a separate autonomous being, each with his own mood, his own will, his own freedom of choice, could the world function harmoniously and harmoniously? If there were no rules, no laws, no consequences, but complete chaos?

But at the same time, the illusion of autonomy and separation, like all other illusions, is also needed. Otherwise … otherwise this world would not be able to function as it does.

And the division of our brain into "bad" and "good" is also interesting. What are the criteria? What is the general meaning of such a division?

How do we determine which of our qualities is "negative" and which is "positive"? And why do we need this division? After all, if we look a little deeper and further … it becomes clear that in every "negative" quality there is a useful beginning, as well as in every "positive" - a destructive one. And only in harmonious coexistence and complementarity do we gain that very Integrity and Unity.

Returning to the question of Teaching, Teacher and Disciple.

It is like Body, Mind and Soul, like Subject, Object and Subject. Like the vertices of one triangle.

At first glance, these are three completely different things, independent of each other. But at the same time these are aspects of one and the same thing, at the same time smoothly passing into each other, and closely interconnected.

And if you think that you need to do something in order to find yourself, acquire integrity, achieve your true Nature - it is solely due to the feeling of separation. Actually You are your Nature, and identifying yourself with what you are doing, what you are capable of or with what you Believe, and even identification with the Body or Soul are illusory.

You are all this together. In Unity. In Integrity. In the Dance of Life

Do you still really believe that you can achieve the Highest Goal, connect with your true Nature?

Let me ask you, HOW can you achieve what you already have? Something from which you are not already separated. You already are It.

Separation is an illusion. And when illusions are seen as illusions, the necessity of something is also seen for what it is - an illusion.

I know, I'm probably writing things that are not entirely clear now … I myself was in your place quite recently, taking the Transformational Coaching Course with Peter Vrita..
