Studying the possibilities and abilities of consciousness, I can say that we form all the events in our life ourselves, the difficulty lies in understanding HOW it happens. We have all read clever phrases that "thoughts attract reality" or "thoughts form situations" more than once, and the question HOW always arises? At some moments, it somehow turns out to maneuver this and oops - a miracle, the thought came true … BUT HOW?)))
This is where methods of working with ATTENTION come to the rescue.
The first thing you need to learn to highlight is the vector of your attention. Try to think for 5 minutes any one thought (for example, about good weather, about a car or about a child) just one thought !!! … it is better to set a timer. And as soon as you notice that you are already thinking about something else - look how many seconds you held one thought. It is the ability to focus your attention on one (necessary) thought that allows you to influence your life. We can really keep our attention on one thought for only a few seconds … and what fills our mind for the rest of the time ??? most often it is informational garbage with which we have jammed our brains, which is why we stopped hearing the voice of reason, the voice of our true desires!
We live in a stream of informational garbage (advertising, imposed news, gossip, details of other people's lives, etc.). Most of the time every day we "hang in the trash" and this "trash" controls our desires, actions, our lives! We often live in complete deafness and blindness to our true nature, we do not hear and do not know ourselves, we do not pay attention to our true desires … and life is finite, look at yourself in the mirror … are you satisfied with the person you have become? - if not, I have good news for you! There are many ways to change this!
Let's take a closer look at what kind of "information garbage" we encounter and whether it affects us.
So, it is obvious to everyone that "information garbage" is information. We live in the world of information, everything around us is information. Everything that we see, hear, feel, feel, perceive - all these are signals that are processed by the brain! Just imagine!!! Try to pay attention to what you are hearing now (in this room, in the apartment, on the street)? What do you feel (what feelings and experiences are now living inside)? What does the skin, body, hands, face feel? What thoughts are in your head? - and all this in just a minute. Imagine how much our brain processes in a day! during the week! per year! for our entire life at the moment! Plus, our memory records everything that we perceived. Any sound, sensation, emotion, ANY INFORMATION BRAIN RECORDS into our memory.
If we eat at this moment, then the information capturing our attention deprives us of the feeling that we are eating, the brain is busy with information - and we eat much more than we wanted. Try to eat without TV for a week. Boring??? - Enjoy the food you eat.
How to prove? - easily. If you enter a person into hypnosis, name any date and time and ask what he did, heard, felt and thought at that moment - he will tell all this). Imagine now how much there is in our memory!
And now let's add news information to this: news media, news feeds in social. networks, news "firsthand" and so on. More often we turn on the TV in the background and think that if I don't watch and don't penetrate, then everything is fine - as a rule, this is a trap for us. When we analyze information, we sort of "chew" it like food, and it does not completely enter our brain, it is, as it were, divided into parts, we accept some of them, we discard others. And if it goes in the background, without conscious analysis - it directly falls into our unconscious - and from there "rules us" creating our mood and forming the angle of our vision !!! If this is a show of the animal world - this is one mood, but if the news of a crime, an "empty series", an aggressive broadcast - this is a completely different mood. Even with a good film (on TV), we are pursued by advertising in which information is imposed on us - and we accumulate it all every day and carry it in ourselves! What programs do we watch most often? What are they about? NOW IMAGINE WHAT IS GOING ON IN OUR HEAD !! ?? What has survived there over the years of our life?
And our kids? What are they watching and listening to? What are we talking to them about? What information do they receive and absorb from us, from the world around them?
How many times do we "clean" our brain? All this rubbish, we carry in ourselves! And this garbage affects our mood, our relationships with loved ones, with relatives, our well-being, for our whole life !!!
"INFORMATION GARBAGE" TAKES THE MOST VALUABLE AND EXPENSIVE - THE TIME OF OUR LIFE.
What to do - put a filter.
How? - 1. Turn to a psychotherapist (personally, my opinion will work best psychoanalysis, or rather the deepest).
2. Remove all sources of "harmful information", the best thing is to "bury the TV", remove unknown "friends", stop communicating for the sake of gossip!
