“Natalya, you write in such detail about archetypes, you analyze fairy tales. This is, of course, very interesting. But what practical help can this knowledge bring?”This was the question my reader asked me today. I decided to devote today's article to the answer to this question.

The archetypal images found in fairy tales, as I have said more than once, are the embodiment of the collective unconscious - everything that our psyche knows and stores in its archives, but these archives are written in hieroglyphs unfamiliar to us and are hidden in the recesses of our soul. And only sometimes our subconscious mind gives us gifts, opening the veil of secrecy. But, not knowing the language of our psyche, we, alas, will not be able to realize the gifts that she presents to us, and accordingly we will not be able to follow her along the path of transformation and improvement, expanding our consciousness, like Ivan Tsarevich, followed the ball, donated by Baba Yaga and found his destiny.

Archetypes come to us in dreams, and it is very important to feel and become aware of this language. In ancient tribes, shamans and sorcerers have always turned to dreams to talk to the universe. They knew that it was through a dream that Fate sends us signs. At the same time, they could perfectly distinguish their personal dream from a fateful or prophetic dream. In the event that archetypal images came in dreams, this was a sign of fate and such dreams were called "Big dreams".

Particular attention should be paid to recurring dreams. If you dream about a dream over and over again, it means that your subconscious mind is doing everything to reach out to you, to convey to you the information that is very important at this stage and that you are ready to realize. But, if you dismiss this information as from an annoying fly, it will forever hide in the depths of your subconscious, and you will not take an important step towards understanding yourself.

For a long time, I had dreams with an identical plot. They were so bright and believable that when I woke up, I could not understand this vision or reality.

In these dreams, under various circumstances, all my teeth fell out. They fell out and fell out, small and large, with and without roots, they fell out much more than a person can have, but in the end, I was always left without a single tooth, with bare gums. This dream tormented me for many years. At first I felt fear, then annoyance and anger, then I got used to it. But I could not solve it in any way, and most of all I was afraid that the dream would go away forever without revealing its secret to me.

And the solution to the dream came only when I put it in the sandbox and realized that teeth are a symbol of transformation. It is with the help of strong and strong teeth that the transformation of food is possible, which we need to maintain vitality. My subconscious mind warned me that if I did not work through the trauma, then I would lose the ability to transform and would not be able to stop my negative family scenario. As soon as I realized this, my subconscious immediately gave me a sign that I "read" the information correctly. The next day, I dreamed that only the upper layer of my teeth was cut off, and from two teeth at once in the form of an infinity sign, with beautiful patterns. I never dreamed this dream again. That is why it is so important to be able to analyze archetypal material, be it a dream or a fairy tale.
