The sorceress enchanted the Lumberjack's ax, and he cut off the unfortunate man's legs, then his hands, and then his head. However, in accordance with the laws of a fairy tale, the Lumberjack did not die - his friend, the blacksmith, exchanged the lost parts of the body for his comrade for forged, iron ones. Soon the Woodcutter was completely forged from iron. Having decided that for true love for his chosen one, he, the present, lacks a living heart, the Lumberjack set off to fulfill his cherished dream - with a hot, loving heart, to the Emerald Land, to the wizard Goodwin.
Now back to analysis of the fairytale hero … In the course of the narration of Volkov's magical story, the reader is convinced of the following: behind the iron body of the fairytale hero is hidden a living, fiery soul. The woodcutter was extremely caring for his comrades and was devoted to them without a trace. That is, knowingly (until Goodwin fulfills his desire), he is full of real, sacred feeling.
By analogy with the fairytale character, we will form the following working reserve, defining it as spiritual resource of love.
Conceptual and philosophical basis for the upcoming exercise
I am absolutely convinced that everything in this world contains a spiritual particle of the Creator. That is, an element of harmony, balance and light. This heavenly presence, sacred, spiritual light is contained in all others and in us personally. Therefore, it is extremely important to cultivate in oneself equal respect - for others and for oneself. Practical exercises for working with self-esteem
1. Every morning you set your alarm 15 minutes earlier than usual and retire in a separate space. Thus organizing your subsequent most useful conversation with yourself personally.
2. First, you remind yourself of what you are really wealthy, good and successful in. Thus, asserting in themselves their real, recognized merits.
3. Then you give the right messages (essentially blessings) for the upcoming, successful day.
