Imagine that there are no fantasies, dreams, dreams, doubts, premonitions and other ephemeral things. There is only naked reality. Everything is clear and definite to you. Do you want to live like this?

For me, such a life is seen as the point of the July noon: too much light and sharpness, the absence of halftones and secrets. I get tired of such predestination too quickly.

We were taught that we must control our emotions, desires and live according to the mind. But when people try to control or control their energy, it ends in illness or death. Do you know why? Because when we try to know, predict, control everything, we lose contact with the numerous worlds that surround us and are inside. Then the problems begin: illness, accidents, loss of someone or something. Thus, these events save us, trying to push us out of the egocentric role of omnipotence, so that we begin to listen to the energies and prompts of the subtle worlds.

Fortunately, our conscious mind is only a small part of who we really are. Its potential is limited, especially in a situation of fluidity and uncertainty, such as now. Know, if suddenly, you are stumped and cannot find a solution to the problem, remember that there are a great many worlds that exist in parallel with your reality. And all that is needed is to learn to hear and understand their messages.

How to ecologically go beyond the accepted reality, while remaining useful for oneself and society?

Here are some of the paths I know of:

Dreams. It is true that God speaks to us through dreams. When it turns out to unpack and to live the sensations that appeared in a dream or as a result of it, then completely new perspectives of seeing the problem or question to which I am looking for an answer open up. You can also try to live the day from the role of one or another dream character and, thus, go beyond the usual. By the way, there are as many ways to work with dreams as there are people on the planet)

Staying in a borderline state between wakefulness and sleep.

Borderline states are achieved through meditation and quality relaxation. They allow you to hear and feel things that you cannot hear when you are under stress. It can be subtle sensations or a whisper of your intuition. Many of us compensate for the deficit of borderline states when we enter social networks and surf parallel worlds of other people's realities or fantasies.

Thermal states. In times of severe illness, our bodies try to go beyond our expectations and receive messages for us. It's important to be attentive. For me, this is a difficult, but surprisingly productive way of lifting the curtain over the secrets of life. At such moments, clear answers may come to many questions or visions of some of my works of art.

Early childhood memories and dreams usually predict not only your future profession, but also the nature of your relationship throughout your life! Even your symptoms and illnesses. Therefore, it is worth considering childhood memories as some kind of master plan or project and catching recurring events. There may also be answers to your questions.

Love. Lovers are not blinded by their feelings, but on the contrary, they know the whole truth about each other. In this state, people are able to feel the wealth of their spiritual beauty and the beauty of another, to love purely and sincerely, without rules and stereotypes, without standards and value judgments. This allows them to go, I would say, fly out of the usual.

Sports activities (I prefer long runs or walking). This is a time of monotonous physical labor, which gives an effect akin to a meditative state. If you are running without a player in your ears and thinking about your question, the answer may unexpectedly come at the second or twentieth kilometer. Everything is individual). In this case, prepare a voice recorder and write your thoughts.

Co-tuning skill with earth currents. It is a purely bodily experience built on picking up signals from the earth. You are simply moving in the direction that the earth's electromagnetic field directs you when you are puzzled by your question. It is usually done in a quiet and fairly spacious room. In the process of passing the path, following the call of the planet, you meet with memories, experiences and realizations.

As you have noticed, all of the above practices require a calm environment, sufficient time and freedom from everyday thoughts. Of course, it is good if there is a guide or assistant nearby. But, with some practice, you can do the practice of transcending reality on your own.

Practical tip: If you don't know the way, just wait. Sit under your Chinese Wall and relax. Go to sleep. Go to dreams. Meditate until emptiness sets in. Reset to zero. Once you achieve this, your sensory awareness will recreate reality and set us on new paths. And after a while, you suddenly realize that the Wall is left behind. Because you have changed and entered a different level of consciousness.

This is approximately the same as in a kaleidoscope, it is worth turning it a little, wait until a new figure appears from the same details.

And remember, life is too short to have only one identity! Allow yourself to experience many variations of yourself)
